Just returned from the Cortina. A nightmare We checked in on Tues. 6/17/08 and were told on Wed. 6/18/08 that we would have to leave because the Hotels water supply "remained to be contaminated" with the bacteria that causes Legionairres disease. We arrived and stayed for a weekend stay. There is no General manager on the property but we had a chance to speak on a regular basis with Michael the Director. He and his staff were excellant. It is true the rooms need some updating but over all we enjoyed our stay emensely. Breakfast was great! more
