Started off with the wrong room that we reserved. The door locks are very unsecure. There is no in room control over the heat or air conditioning, you have to call the desk and ask them to turn on the central FAN not air condition, and if you get cold in the middle of the night you have to call... Wouldn't have minded the peeling paint in the room, the holes and dents in all the walls, the furniture in bad repair, drawers hanging loose, etc, but this was billed as an INN (it's closer to a Super 8--and that might not be fair to Super 8) and the staff was among the most unhelpful I've ever experienced. (At one... More

I booked a room at this hotel and tried to cancel it through Booking.com. The hotel charged me full price for the room and was unwilling to budge or make any concessions. There is NO customer service.

Middle aged lodging. Parking is lacking for the number of rooms. Stayed two nights, parked on a narrow muddy street both nights. Quality of mattress get a 3 out of 10 score. Sheets clean. Small fridge with an unclean odor (needs to be scrubbed and a box of baking soda added.) the permeates the rest of the room. Other than... More

This hotel not only has the worst customer service ever but their manager "Andy" is an absolute idiot. I tore a muscle the day before the race and spent the night in the emergency room. I called as soon as i got out (pain killers and all) to let them know i wasn't coming and not only received the worst... More

Do not come here. We booked months in advance and used their online reservation. It does not send a confirmation email. We had to call 3 times to get a confirmation email. We checked in. The room was okay, nothing special, no fitted sheets. When we went to checkout our room rate was increased by $30 for 4 people, even... More

The location is excellent for a quick visit to the area. The room was basic but clean and that is all you need if you just want a place to sleep and not spend your days in your hotel room. The breakfast menu is ok for a quick start of the day to save time on finding a place to... More

Stayed for one night. Room average with basic amenities, breakfast good. Problem with hotel is that you can hear everything on the rooms around you, and I mean everything!!!! Good basic hotel for price so i would recommend ( with earplugs!)

-Small rooms but clean -has shower, but no tub (one of those dorm like showers) -Queen size bed -fridge & microwave in room -thin towels -keys hard to open the door -thin walls and loud neighbors (if next door talk just a little above normal, you can hear the next room) -free breakfast of bread & muffin; just okay

I'm never in the hotel anyway, so don't like to spend a lot. This has no frills/no amenities but my room was clean and the price was right. The mini kitchen with fridge, microwave, and sink was a nice and unexpected addition. Nothing noteworthy here, but for the budget conscious, it is an option and the mountain is a couple... More
