I have been visiting for years, and can't imagine a more comprehensive way to enjoy a ski weekend-- ski right over to the lifts, come back and jump in the heated pool and hot tub, then take a shuttle to the restaurants and bars on the access road. Rooms can be joined-- as they say, the more the merrier! The... More

There were 15 of us, comprising four families who came for 7 days skiing from the UK. The hotel is comfortable it not luxurious. The room was fine but had a tiny bathroom. However the central facilities were good with a really good outside pool and jacuzzi which was a massive hit with the kids. The staff were very friendly... More

I hear people talking about paper thin walls. While there I commented to my wife about how quiet our studio room was. Sure you hear people in the hallway, but that is true everywhere. I could not hear anyone next door or above. And a view of the mountain and the heated pool and two hottubs outside facing the mountain.... More

I stayed here for a conference. The rooms were fine, but nothing special. The door to the bathroom opened in and within 2 inches of the toilet. In order to move around in he bathroom, you have to go in and close the door. There were no tissue and no hair dryer. What was really inconvenient was the lack of... More

As far as slope side hotel-oriented ski resorts go in the east, this is one of the better ones. Very comfortable and spacious rooms, convenient to lifts, great outdoor pool (excellent views of mountain) and health club amenities. The food in the restaurant is average, although the weekend brunch is very good.

Dear Adamsafe, thank you for taking a moment to share your experience and your view of the Grand. I am pleased to see you enjoyed our facility and I hope you and your family had a great time on the mountain as well. Hope to see you again sometime this summer or next winter. Hotel was good, but nothing special, and definitely not "grand". The room was average, and looked dated. Service was ok, but was lacking at times (the staff appeared to be mainly teenagers who spent more time talking with each other, rather than helping customers). Considering that it is near one of the bases, the location is very good. If there... More

Usually do day trips to Killington but decided to splurge and stay at the last minute. I have stayed at the Grand Hotels (not sure if they are related) out west and had good experiences so figured I would do it again. Bottom line is that for the money they charge i would expect a lot more. First and foremost... More

The was our first Vermont ski trip. We wanted a nice hotel close to the mountain and to be free from lugging gear to/from the car and lockers. Our three nights (January 15-16-17) at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel exceeded our expectations. On arrival, we were met by a courteous and knowledgeable valet that helped settle us in and took... This was our second visit the Killington Grand Resort the resort is the best of Vermont. The hotel provides excellent access to the mountain. We stayed a week at the Killington Grand Hotel during March break. The location was fantastic. Just had to walk across a bridge to get to the ski lifts of Killington Ski Resort. Hotel contained everything we needed. They offered shuttle buses to any restaurant on Killington Road - which was a big plus. The service was exceptional. The only... More
