Hotel was in great position for skiing, and staff in front desk incredibly helpful. Spa great... Especially Erik for massage!!! Brilliant!! But hotel decor is v old fashioned and the rooms need sound proofing.... Don't think they have heard of a power shower!! Staff v friendly. Hotel is v clean. Breakfast a little sparse and boring. You can hear every... More

We stayed President's Weekend and for the following 2 days. Unfortunately the weather was terrible, (-20), but nothing to do with the hotel. PROS: The location can't be beat! The ski valet service was awesome as was the front desk. Most employees were helpful and happy. There was a free breakfast buffet included in the room, which was a nice... More

Just spent one of the best ski weeks ever at this hotel. We were lucky with outstanding ski weather but we were also lucky in that we stayed right at the bottom of the hill a short walk from the first lift up. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs in the middle of winter were awesome, nice temperatures and... More

This was a very nice place to stay. I brought my daughter with me on a week vacation. The hotel was very clean the valet service was above and beyond exceptional my only complaint would be the people that were in the hot tub smoking cigarettes and drinking alcoholic beverages and there are no mini refrigerator in the room I... There are many reasons why we keep coming back to the Killington Grand. The hotel is warm, safe, and well organised for kids. They can go down for a hearty breakfast, get their skis and tuck into the hottub and pool afterwards with a minimum of fuss. The ski school is only a short walk over the bridge, so getting... More

We came here for a girls weekend. We skied Friday and wanted to hit the spa on Saturday. There were 10 of us. Half of us really liked our services, the other half weren't impressed. The worst part of this spa are the facilities. There are 2 spa showers, the kind that have multiple jets, and shampoo/conditioner. Unfortunately, you feel... More

We had a three day all inclusive ski deal including thee nights at the Grand Hotel, and I think it was an incredible value. The location is great for skiing - you don't have to deal with the hassle of parking because the ski lodge is a 5 minute walk from the hotel across a small bridge, and I checked... More

We stayed here Monday to Friday in January and took advantage of a midweek ski and stay package. This was my first time to Killington and even though my boyfriend has been to Killington to ski, he’s never stayed at Killington Grand. At your price point you’re missing concierge services! Or you’re missing a training opportunity to ensure all front... More

We just got back from MLK weekend in VT, and don't have enough good things to say about the Killington Grand. While we've never skied out West and can't compare the Killington Grand to those resorts, we've been to Killington before and I can say that all of our expectations were met and exceeded for this trip. From check-in with... More

The absolute best thing about the hotel was its staff, with special kudos to Manager Duane, Mike at the Bell desk, Ovations Manager, and the breakfast staff, all of whom went beyond the usual and necessary to ensure the best experience possible. The hotel itself is "nice" but has a somewhat dated interior and room furnishings, for those who feel... More
