First of all, I do want to preface this review with the fact that 1. I was staying here for a one day conference, not an actual ski vacation 2. It was "off season" so perhaps it is not an accurate portrayal of the overall quality of the establishment... But on we go. I drove about 4.5 hours from my... more

The Killington Grand, while overpriced, has a monopoly on its location, which just one short picturesque bridge from Showshed lodge. If you end up having a room that does not face the parking lot (as I did), you will have a truly wonderful view of the mountain. Our room had a full 3/4 sized kitchen which was very convenient! Our... more

I hate to sound like one of those people who complain about everthing (I'm pretty easy to please), but I will never stay here again. When I booked the stay (5 nights), I was led to believe that it was ski on/ off, but you have to get across a bridge to get to the lift area. And the ski... more

Stayed four nights over Easter weekend March 2008. Chose Grand resort for its location as you can walk to ski lift across a small bridge and throughly enjoy the apres ski at the Snowshed lodge at the end of the day. Bills itself as the only full service hotel but its more like a 3 star than a 4 star.... more

I can't believe I drove 6hrs to come here...this place is a dump. It reminds me of The Shining with it's 80's run down decor and untrained rude wait staff only here to make your life miserable. Seriously ordering in the restaurant is a huge inconvienence to the people working, I ordered a burger well done, waited 30 minutes and... more

Just returned from a week at the Killington Grand and having read some previous reports was a little worried..........unnecessarilly it turns out. Sure the hotel is a little "tired" and whilst the staff dont always attend to your every whim in general they try hard and do their best and id be surprised if you were disappointed with your stay.... more

We booked our room very last minute, the minute we booked, we packed the car and left. Hotel is very nice from the outside and you can't beat the location..right on the mountain. Our room had a view of the slopes, but that was where it ended. We had a Studio with a Murphy bed and a pull out sofa... more

The hotel itself is perfectly located; no long ways to the ski lifts, the tracks are close by and no annoying parking situations in the morning. Besides this, there are no more positive things to say. Our room was a disaster. We had a filthy fold-away bed that was integrated in the closet, the bath room were not cleaned properly... more

Upon arrival, the woman behind the counter bent over to retreive some info for us. Her pants were pulled down exsposing the vast majority of her [--]- I have never before seen such a thing. We went to our $500/night room intended for 4 people (there were only 3 of us), and could not stop laughing about the accomodations. There... more

We stayed at the hotel MLK weekend and enjoyed our stay except for the very thin walls. We were next to some very loud drunk individuals and were woken up at 2:00 AM. Management resolved the issue after a phone call. Rooms were very clean. The staff were very friendly. There was no problems with check-in or check-out procedures. The... more
