Old without charm. TV set is from 1980s. Embarassing. We literally froze to death in our room and had to sleep in ski gear, hats and wool socks. Can you imagine?? And we were not alone, at breakfast all guests were shivering. Refund was requested and refused. Extremely rude receptionist. It is so bad, I am fining a complaint with... More

Great location, just a few steps to the closest base of the mountain and few mins driving to any of the other ones. Cozy lodge with good amenities like indoor pool, bar, sauna, etc. Maybe a bit pricey if your only looking for a place to stay while your main focus is the mountain, but if traveling with family a... We booked this hotel through booking.com booked a room with two full beds for $508 for two nights or so we thought... Another $100 dollars were tacked on in gratuities room fees and tax.. Arrived at the hotel at one in the morning and were told there was an additional $170 dollars fee for my two six year olds for... More

No heat in our room. Told to plug space heater in & leave it running. Locked the pool early when they saw our bus unload. Changed our accommodations last minute. Beds are like spring cots. They are just awful! At check out no one was at the window for the longest time. Finally just left our card keys on the... More

The manager, Pia, screams false accusations at the guests about vandalism which did not occur. Guests were locked out of the pool. The bar/lounge area, which would have been a cozy welcoming spot, was not welcoming due to the screaming manager.

Unwelcoming, non-customer service oriented management. Would not accommodate common requests, made our group feel unwelcomed. Manager named Pia made our weekend stay unpleasant. Will not return to this establishment!

We stayed at this hotel while visiting friends. It was a cute, clean hotel, cozy for the fall season. We took the ski lift up Killington Mountain which had amazing views. We only stayed one night, but the rooms were clean. The staff was also very helpful with finding things to see while we were in Vernont.

Want Capn't Crunch for your "continental" breakfast and an overpriced room where you have to pay $15 a day for air conditionning? The Killington Cascades Lodge is for you. The owners were friendly enough, but they were clearly reconsidering the wisdom of opening in summer, and after a while, so were we. The room was very clean though. They have... More

The Cascades, like Killington, is what you make of it. Comfortable, clean, and basic. That's what the Cascades offers and does well. Year after year, we know that we will get a quality room for a good rate and be close to the mountain. Feels like home to us!

I've stayed at beautiful hotel resorts in my travels and sometimes there are hotels that are simply nothing over the top. This is one of those places, it's clean and a nice place to sleep when staying in Killington. I've stayed at other places in the area the rooms may of been more spacious but nothing to pay higher rates... More
