I have read the other reviews, and frankly am puzzled. This hotel is a great value. The third floor room was ample in size and had a high cathedral ceiling and was tastefully furnished throughout. Wireless internet was fast and reliable. Lighting was excellent, especially for reading. The bathroom was meticulously clean and had very nice finishes. Carpets and all... more

My husband and I had been going to stay in the Inn since 2000. We stayed in other placed, like Mountain Green condo, Cascade, Santé Fei, and the old Killington Village (Our old favorite before it was knocked down to build the Grand.) Location, Location and Location is what I would say staying in a hotel in Killington. The Inn... more

My friends and I stay at the Inn at least 3 or more times a year, for over a decade. We have returned year after year, mainly because we love everything about the hotel. From the moment we walk in we feel as though we are visiting family. The staff are extremely friendly and goes out of their way with... more

Our group consisted of my husband and I in our 50's and 60's as well as adult children in their 30's so we represent a wide age group. This was the most highly rated hotel in the area, so I booked it in spite of the negative reviews. I'd much rather have stayed in a highway roadside motel than this... more

I agree the Inn is looking a bit tired decorwise, but our room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden. The restaurant was closed and it felt like an Inn out of season - which is what it is! I guess the atmosphere changes in winter. As for service - it was excellent. Ed on reception met... more

A tired out looking place which would be fine if the staff showed any interest. Arrived-they had no details of our booking(after a long drive fromBoston, a bit dispiriting). They found us a room but could barely lift their eyes from the screen to communicate. There was a wedding going on so no restaurant and no bar(no one had adised... more

Everything is dirty in this hotel, in our guest room we had to walk on our flipflops because we didn't want to walk on our bare feet on the filthy carpet! in te bathroom you stuck on the floor... The pool is not wat it looks on the internet! the outdoor pool was cloosed... more

At first glance, from outside, from about half a mile away- you might think that this is an impressive resort- don't be fooled. I guess they don't believe in landscaping and the gardens outside have taken on quite a wild look. As you enter- it doesn't look so bad. The front desk man was very slow at checking people in,... more

Yes, the hotel is older and showing it's age. As my mom said "this place has so much potential". Well, as one who was a guest at this property the year it first opened, I can attest to the fact that the place does have a lot going for it. As other reviewers have stated, it is showing its' age... more

Never stayed here before despite visiting Killi several times each year but decided to try it for some spring skiing. The Facilities in general were starting to show its age and not maintained very well in our opinion. The included breakfast was plentiful but basic with a cafeteria type setup where you help yourself and eat at large round tables... more
