This place is extremely noisy. There is supposed to be quiet at 10pm...never happens. They rent to raudy college kids and other groups who like to party to 2am. You don't get to sleep. We went here for skiing but never got a good night's sleep. Kids run up and down the halls yelling. Then there are barking dogs. No... More

Please accept our apologies that your experience at Mountain Green was marred by noise issues. Most of the year the resort is quiet as a mouse! Since your stay last February, improvements have been put in place to rectify potential noisy-neighbor issues. Permanent signs reminding renters of the 10PM quiet time policy are posted in all common areas, and a... More

I love the idea of being so close to the mountain. These are individually owned condos so no 2 units are the same in regards to their upkeep. The unit I rents was a studio so it was fairly small but enough for 3 people for a weekend. It was in need of some TLC but was enough for what... More

Thanks for staying at Mt Green and glad you had a nice stay. As you mentioned, each unit is individually owned and operated, so if the housekeeping in your unit was not up to par then next time you may want to select a unit from a different owner or management company that uses a different housekeeping service. They are... More

We own an apartment and it is wonderful. We go up every year from December to January and we have easy access to the slopes and local restaurants. It is a very friendly environment, but we always have problems with are room keys. We have to go and walk to the main building and get our keys fixed, but that's... More

Many of the more recently updated units at Mountain Green are now using programmable keycode locks, which means no having to go to the main building to get your keys anymore! More

We stayed here for vacation and enjoyed the fact that it was extremely close to the slopes. It was also close to numerous restaurants etc. Perfect location. Found everything that we needed. Will stay here again. The only thing that was a disappoint was the hours for the sauna. It was late when we wanted to go and it was... More

The room was average. The pots and pans were all rusted and the microwave was dirty. The linens were fresh and the beds were comfy. The fireplace was the highlight of the room after a long day snowboarding.

We're worry your unit had rusty pots and pans and the housekeeping wasn't what you desired. If you let us know the unit number and/or person/company you rented through, the Condo Association can let that owner know rectify the situation. Remember each unit at Mountain Green s individually owned, and the housekeeping service will vary from unit to unit depending... More

Condo was adequate for all our skiing needs. Had all amenities of home except for some minor noise issues but this highly depends upon the quality of parenting skills, management tolerance presence and quest age! Condo was clean with appropriate amenities. Garage parking was perfect for weather we experienced in April. Would I stay here again, YES!

After renting at Mountain Green at least once every ski season for the past six years I wanted to respond to the previous reviews complaining about the noise and poor quality of the condos. We used to stay in the main building #3 and rented from the Mountain Green Rental Company located in that building. Some years there was noise... More

Thank you for the review! Yes each condo is different, and each owner or company who rents to you will provide different services. Our role as Condo Association is to make sure the the amenities, common areas, and resort as a whole are great for all constituents; owners, renters, and guests. But to your point, the renters "in-unit" experience may... More

Friends and I came up this past weekend and got two studio condo rooms.. loved it! We had a blast, every staff member we ran into was super friendly and the location was perfect! We already have planned to come back next winter and will definitely be staying here again!

We have a ski season rental in bldg # 3, Level C, from Dec, 2014 to April 30, 2015. This place is a total zoo. It doesn't even rate the one star I gave it. I had to give it a rating in order to write this. Kids run wild through the hallways yelling and screaming. It sounds like a... More

We apologize for your bad experience with noise. We understand that long-term renters experience quite a contrast, from days and days of peace and quiet, where the resort feels empty and you have the pool to yourself, to bustling evenings of people checking in to a sold out resort, with the transition sometimes happening in just a few short hours... We stayed here for our week long ski vacation with our 4 year old. We book in advance and didn't realized we are not at the main lodge but in the separate condo building! Which was a bit of inconvenience with the child if you want to to eat something or to the pool. The room was very modest. We... More

Thanks Marta for staying at Mt Green. Mt Green has three buildings. Building 3 has the pool, spa, restaurant, etc. Building's 1 and 2 are directly adjacent and require a short outdoor walk to get to building 3. If you are seeking value, buildings 1 and 2 are the way to go, since they typically rent for a little less.... More
