We have been coming to Smugglers' Notch for many years. We have stayed in the Liftside units, Sycamores and Tamaracks. They are all beautiful, clean and well kept. There are activities for all age groups. I can not imagine a better vacation for families. Our children and grandchildren look forward to spending time together every year. We enjoy having meals... I just found my notes from our stay last October. We were two couples, my brother and his wife and my husband and me. We were in Sycamore # 42. The location was very handy for leaf peeping, visiting Ben and Jerry's, Cabot Creamery, and Green Mountain Coffee. I called the resort before we went and was told there would... More

My Husband and I purchased our timeshare at Smuggs 25years ago and then 2 years later we purchased a full ownership Liftside studio. Along with our 3 adult children we now have 8 grandchidren. We come up in March with everyone usually needing at least 3 to 4 units and never get tired of coming to Smuggs. Our grandkids range... More

My husband and I have been meaning to go to this "resort" for several years. As our family grew bigger, I felt some kids were just too small to go. We were finally able to go last wee for three nights. We booked an incentive package, which deducted $700 from the total if we sat through a 90-minute timeshare presentation.... More

The Green Mountains and the drive from Burlington Airport was beautiful. The resort, not surprisingly, was in the middle of the wooded side of the mountain and near the wonderful drive through Smugglers Notch to Stowe VT. Our son took part in SNAP which is a day program for children with varying degrees of special needs. Our son is severely... More

Our first visit to Smuggs was 24 years ago, for a ski week with our children. Our most recent visit was last week, with 2 of our daughters, a son-in-law and a grandson, for swimming, hiking and summertime fun. We were as pleased this year as we were 24 years ago and the countless times in between. The resort is... More

Planned for almost a year, we were upset when we drove onto the property. Roads are not paved (ok), but there are so many potholes, doesn't seem to be any road upkeep. Kids wanted to play mini golf, the course was under repair-not open. Should have been repaired earlier, not the week before July 4. The accommodation (apartment) was excellent... More

We stayed at Smuggs for a week over the 4th of July. The condo, although dated, beds were a bit uncomfortable, no AC, and paper thin walls and floors, it was overall fine for our stay. There are many condo's available and depending on what your ideal intentions are, would dictate on where you would want to stay. The multiple... More

Beautiful part of the country. . 1st time to the resort and I must say the resort had alot to do for the kids. The room on the other hand was horrible, it was dirty, musty, and the sheets weren't changed from the last guest. I don't think I would stay there again.
