Friendly cozy old Vermont inn with views and great food. Cannot go hungry here with great steak and fresh fish. Located right off Rt 100 with a great store across the road that has everything you will need. 5 miles from the Long Trail 3 mountains within 20 miles. Stayed 3 times in 5 years and was very comfortable.

We have gone out there for the second straight year at this time and this a great place to relax . Nice little hotel with a great restaurant . Plates are huge and the staff is friendly . Its very relaxing minutes from Jay Peak , all the nature you want for all sportsmen .

The pizza and quesadilla were good. The food was above average though the quesadilla was a little on the small side for the price. The place was warm, cozy and welcoming. The staff was good and attentive. The Ghost Wings wall of Flame and Shame kept the kids interested. I would love to be there when someone attempts it. We... More

My husband and I had just completed a long and exhausting 15 mile hike of the Long Trail. We were originally going to camp, but after the long day we both wanted a hot shower and comfortable bed. We drove pass the Jay Village Inn at 9 pm and took a chance going in. We were met by one of... More

We had an appointment in Northern Vermont and needed a reservation on very short notice. After reading the reviews, we decided to take a chance on this Inn. We had a good meal and good service at the bar. Jeremy, the bartender was friendly, efficient and very professional. The food was good, although priced rather high for this off season.... More

Great place, comfy room, great food, very helpful staff. It seemed to be a local destination with many locals stopping for dinner and drinks around the pool. Staff are great with families, I felt comfortable with my 2 year old running around. Lots to do, pool, hot tub, horseshoes, we happened to be there for a street fair that included... More

We stayed in rooms 11&13. One room had a queen bed other room had a twin and a double bed. The bedrooms were connected by a jack and Jill bathroom. Not bad for the price. Had a super cold fridge in the room. We had dinner there it was a little over priced in my opinion for what we got.... More

Probably what you would expect in this VT area. The building insulation is basically non-existent; which makes the rooms upstairs become very hot and stuffy during the day. You do feel the lack of a/c at that point... In general, rooms are small and dated; but beds are comfortable, staff is very accommodating and the outside pool is nice.

Stayed at the JVI because the Lodge Hotel was booked for the weekend. Saw the website and it looked decent enough so I booked it. Upon arrival and after a 7 hour drive, we sat by the pool and had a GREAT lunch and a cocktail. Room was small but very clean. No AC, but as long as it's not... More

Worst Hotel Desk clerk I have ever encountered, in my several years of travel all over the world. Beware of the double room with one tiny bed and ridiculously tiny , worse than Manhattan. Oh it was $135 a night, worth maybe $35 a night.
