Nice and close to Jay peak, has a lively bar and restaurant. Hot tub is nice and warm but in a shed which takes away the outdoor element but still great. Not much else to do in Jay so you are limited to this Inn for breakfast and dinner but overall I would recommend.

We ran away from the Jay Peak resort to this nice quaint place. The restaurant staff and owners are wonderful. The chef prepares simple but delicious and bountiful dishes. My husband says it's the best clams he ever had! We're looking forward to coming back and stay next time. Nice!

Less than 5 miles from Jay Peak, 16 rooms, a hot tub and a restaurant/bar on site. This is reminiscent of times when people stayed at a local inn, sat by the fire with a drink in hand, and met other people of like minded vacation goals. Dinner is served on site that will fill your belly and delight your... More

This place is perfectly located for skiing Jay Peak without the price of the Jay resort. Rooms are snug and pretty bare bones, but perfectly comfortable. The attached restaurant/bar is a nice place to have a drink or two before crashing for the night.

Fantastic location if you are going to ski Jay Peak - only a few miles from the mountain. The rooms were cozy and clean. We dined in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast the next morning and the meals were delicious, plentiful and at a fair price. The staff was absolutely lovely! Friendly, inviting and accommodating. I would definitely... More

To be fair it was New Years day. But, it was a complete mess. They were very busy but seemed more interested in paying attention to the regulars and not the tourist. Most of the time the staff was chatting and not checking the tables. We went there to escape the food at the jay peak hotel. Should have stayed... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a nice restaurant on the premises. The rooms are small but cozy.A real ski lodge atmosphere. There is a rustic convenience store right across the street with lots of Vermont gift items.

We visited Jay Village Inn to dine at their rustic, cozy restaurant with 9 other friends. Our night began with poolside cocktails just out back followed by sitting at 7 p.m. This restaurant offers an extensive menu with direct oversight by a very experienced owner. The service was excellent as we were seamlessly ushered from poolside to table Our orders... More

The hotel has a warm atmosphere and a great bar, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room could do with a few upgrades ie curtains and bedding but for the price no major complaints, although a simple coffee maker would be nice and seemed to be standard in all the other hotels we used. The bad review, however,... More

Dear Wendy, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our establishment. I would like to personally apologize for your experience last Sunday 9/21. Note that we do not normally play music (or piano) in the dinning room during the early morning. We did however, have a large reservation for a group of high-school students at breakfast.... More

Look out!! pancakes the size of dinner plates, sides of 3 eggs and plenty of dinner meat although it was breakfast. If you havn't eaten in 2 days this is the place for you. Food flavor is quite good, but not exceptional. Prices are about what you would expect since the Jay Peak resort is just down the road.
