Bugs in the room, no phone, no alarm clock, no restaurant service because of a wedding the NEXT day and crude comments made by the owner. Also, the hot water (and HOT is a relative term) took 15-20 minutes to reach an acceptable level of warmth. No heat because the furnace was turned off for the season, despite the 40... more

The quality of food and service was above and beyond what we would have ever expected from such a reasonably priced lodge. The management and staff are an accommodating group of hard working people. We felt right at home in the cozy atmosphere. You will not find better food! more

This past March My brother and his two buddies and I spent a week at the Inglenook Lodge, snowboarding at Jay Peak. Jay Peak is an awesome mountain with a great variety of terrain. It is truely a mountain for the avid skier or snowboarder, and seems to attract a lot of the locals from the Great North Kingdom. When... more

Where to begin...For starters, I wish I had read Tripadvisor on this place before booking...the not so local to Jay Peak entries are consistent with my family's bad experience. Had I done so, I would have saved myself a whole lot of pain and misery. As someone previously wrote on this place, this was the most rude and misleading staff... more

Don't base any decisions on proximity to the mountain. All of the lodging (Alpine haven,, snowline, jay) requires you to drive, or be driven to the resort. I called this place early in the week to find a one night rate. Most places in Jay won't accommodate one night only stays, even in the off season. This is disappointing for... more

Stayed at this place last night. It was too expensive. Our room was rundown with moldy windows, a very noisy heater that cycled on every 20-30 minutes sounding like a lawnmower waking us up, and worst of all the staff mislead us on the price of lift tickets for Jay Peak ski area. The staff claimed the lodge had a... more

This was our first time at Jay Peak and we were very impressed by both the mountain and the Inglenook Lodge. The quality of the food at the Inglenook Lodge is equivalent to what you might expect from one of the better restaurants in Boston, the owners and staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us... more

I can honestly say that this was one of the best ski weekends I have ever had, and the Inglenook Lodge was half of the reason (Jay Peak is an AWESOME mountain so I have to give the Peak some credit, too). I dare someone to find an inn where, for $159, you can get lodging (which consists of an... more

The Inglenook lodge is one of the most enjoyable places to stay while you vacation at Jay Peak. I was so satisfied with my stay I , along with my companions, ended up staying longer than we had planned on. I am so happy that I found this lodge, it make my stay at Jay more than I could ever... more

If you are looking for the corporate standard service, you will not find it here. You will find personal service by the owners themselves (they made my kids smiley face pancakes that they still talk about 2 weeks later). While the front walkway could have been cleared better, everything else was top notch. The meal was included & was of... more
