We had a lovely 4 night stay at Carol's B&B. We stayed in the upstairs classroom which was a huge room with toys and space to satisfy both our 4 year old and 13 year old (no easy trick). Because of the ample space we were also able to invite a niece to stay for a few nights as there... More

I really loved my stay at The Old Schoolhouse of Isle La Motte. What a perfect place for a small group retreat! We were a group of EFT Tapping enthusiasts and it was an idyllic weekend for us. Quiet mornings with coffee and breakfast in the sunshine out back listening to the birds...sitting together in a circle of chairs under... More

What a beautiful place to stay and Carol made us so welcome. She had lots of suggestions of where to visit and then we came back to her beautiful home to relax:) great garden to sit in and we even got to watch the hens!

A bunch of friends and I got together for a mini-Tapping-retreat at Carol's place on a weekend. I loved the comfy feel of her place and the warm welcome she gave us. We felt at home right away. The rooms are so pretty and cozy. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. Everything was very clean. We... More

I spent a weekend here with a group of friends and we had the most lovely time. Carol is a gracious and warm hostess and the food was absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is funky, sweet, and culturally engaging. I strongly recommend.

My name is Emma. I am 8 years old. I really liked staying here because the beds are soft and the toys are fun. I had a good time on the organ. Carol is very nice. I want to go back with Mimi and Boppa.

We stayed at this place by accident, since our other place didn't work out. We are so happy about this. It's a great surprise what's behind those walls! Our (visiting) grandchildren have been excited to find Dinosaurs in closets, an organ to play, and beds in the class rooms. Friendly, clean, and comfy rooms, breakfasts to die for, fresh muffins,... We stayed in the Green Room for a lovely over-nighter. We would have loved to have taken up Carol's offer of fresh veggies from her garden for a salad but we ran out of time. We had a comfortable evening in our room, great wifi, lovely bathroom and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast & conversation in the morning. Easy bike... More
