Ron and his wife are long gone. I know nothing about the new owners. It was great food and he is a great vegan chef who has moved on to Asheville, NC.

This is a lovely location. The backyard is actually a long low area facing a very attractive garden, and then the beautiful Green Mountains themselves. There are some sweet hens meandering about. This is simply our favorite B&B of all time. You get breakfast AND dinner included and wonderful conversation to boot. Ron cooks the best food either of us have ever tasted and we make the 8 hour trek from NJ yearly to enjoy it. It's an amazing trip, and an amazing B&B.

This is a very special place run by very special people. Located in a beautiful, pristine location (the small village of Hancock in White River Valley, Vermont) this is a comfortable, unique place to stay. Each room is one of a kind and the food is absolutely fantastic whether you are a vegetarian or not.

Forget the views. Forget the unique activities. Forget the souvenirs. The most important part of a good vacation is the meals. You know I’m right! Ask anyone about their favorite trips and, chances are, you’ll hear about that dreamy reuben sandwich or a fresh peach that set that bar for all future fruit. What does this have to do with... More
