Don't go there for the breakfasts! !!!! However the grounds are near perfect. The view from all angles outside is wonderful. Owners are pleasant. Room was fine for us. Get a bottle of wine from the nearby convenience store and enjoy while watching the ferries go by...

A lovely couple run the Inn and it's clean & friendly. A little old fashioned, but its perfect setting on Lake Champlain. Breakfast is promptly served at 8:30 with the kind of love and care as if they were cooking for their own family. We were there for friend's wedding on the premises and the owners couldn't have been more... More

This was my first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast, so maybe this is just how it goes at these places, but there were some parts to our stay that were just unusual. When we arrived, there was no overview given to us by the owners. Just simply shown to the room, and told what time breakfast was. No... More

The Ferry Watch Inn will forever hold a special place in my heart. My husband and I married here in August 2013 and it was everything and more that we ever dreamed of for our wedding day. When planning our wedding (we live in Los Angeles) we narrowed down the criteria of what we wanted. During our search for the... More

Lovely couple runs this B&B right on Lake Champlain. Beautiful views and outdoor space. The place is comfortable enough - bedroom small - living room area more spacious but somewhat closed up - could use more windows! Cold and rainy the entire weekend, so not the best visit. The main house has been lovingly restored (overdecorated for my taste adding... More

My husband and I found this beautiful inn and property in Yankee Magazine. We were lucky enough to get a reservation on Father's Day weekend. Among all of the places we have visited, stayed and vacationed I must say that I would rate this as in the top three. Thank you Janet and Troy for making our stay comfortable. The... More

My husband and I along with another couple stayed four nights at The FERRY WATCH INN. The location is lovely - beautiful and well kept lawn right on the water of Lake Champlain. Beautiful sunsets and a wonderful venue for weddings, parties, etc. The innkeepers also rent out the barn. There are Adirondack chairs to sit in by the lake.... More

The Ferry Watch Inn was in a beautiful area of VT..the owners Janet and Troy were very sweet people...their home was beautiful and clean...now for the not so good things.. First they only have double beds..not good for my 6'2" husband...Second they never fixed our beds or even came in our room to clean it. I had picked this B&B... More

The Innkeepers are wonderful. Amazing attention to detail. Not overly fancy, but very comfortable. One of the best Inn experiences I have ever had, and an incredible value!

The view from the lawn at the Ferry Watch might just be one of the best on the island.Blue sky meets blue water and creates an amazingly beautiful panorama. The lawn is far enough away from the inn to afford one privacy while sitting in a front row seat in this paradise. Ahhhh... The innkeepers keep the inn spotlessly clean;it... More
