My husband and I had an amazing weekend at the Inn at Grace Farm. We were unfortunately only able to stay for one night, but when leaving on Sunday, we were already talking about coming back again next year. The owners have done a beautiful job creating an old farmhouse feel with all the modern comforts. They provided us with... More

We stayed for two nights over Columbus Day Weekend. The setting is gorgeous, set amid woods and farmland. We had a second floor room at the back of the building. The room was slightly smaller than it appeared in the photo and felt a little cramped even though it was very sparsely furnished with just a bed, two night tables... More

This place is incredible. I wanted to stay in a quaint, charming location in Vermont after 2 weeks of traveling and staying in large hotels in busy areas. The Inn at Grace Farm exceeded my expectations. The facility is just beautiful. It's obvious that everything from the floors to the furniture to the little special touches everywhere were chosen carefully.... More

We stayed here mid September. We paid in advance for two rooms (The Hazelnut and The Willoughby) for one night. We did have a number of issues that we wanted to mention to the owners, but after we were there for an hour or so, they went into town and we didn’t see Liz again until the next morning. We... More

Dear September Guest, It’s unfortunate that you felt your one night stay was lacking. I wish you would have let me know this while you were here. We go out of our way to please guests and make them feel welcome. During check in, heat and providing a heater, luggage, breakfast considerations and how to reach someone if service is... More

The Inn at Grace Farm is a nice, quiet B&B about a half-hour's drive north of Burlington. The inn is pretty and clean, and the first night we stayed there, we were the only guests so it was very quiet. The setting is lovely, with great mountain views. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and the owners very nice and... More

Our family stayed at the Inn at Grace Farm in May. For some in the group, this trip was the second and third stay at the Inn at Grace Farm. Prior to this visit, my communication with Liz and Jason via phone and email was easy. Liz and Jason are a wealth of knowledge on the area and are happy... More

OMG, for the person who wrote the last review, they should stay home and never travel....really, commenting on the toilet paper holder......sad. Anyway, our stay was AMAZING from the minute we pulled up. Gorgeous location, ponies outside on the property, cozy and inviting on the inside. Met great people during our stay and Liz was nothing short of accomodating. Would... More

The Inn itself was beautiful and very clean. The room was very small, there was no place to put your clothes but on the floor. The bathroom was small and had no place to put anything. The toilet seat was not the right size for the toilet and it shifted everytime you sat down. The toilet paper holder was not... More

Thank you for your compliments about the cleanliness of the inn. We are disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay. We would have been happy to fix any of the issues, had they been mentioned by you or your husband during your stay. We certainly could have accommodated extra space for hanging cloths outside of clothing rack on the... More

This inn is lovely. Even though we love old inns, this one is new but has much of the character of an old farm. Our hostess, Liz, was lovely and sort of slipped in and out making sure we had everything we needed. The inn is elevated so the view is spectacular. There isn't a lot in Fairfax, so we... More

This was our second stay at the Inn at Grace Farm. It has been a year since our first stay, and the Inn looks as clean and lovely as it did the first time. Liz and Jason take good care of the Inn. It is comfortable and spacious. The beds are so comfortable (mattress and linens) that I slept like... More
