Just a few minutes south of Middlebury is a tastefully restored farmhouse set among fourteen beautiful acres. Each room is immaculate, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. We were in the area for a wedding and the innkeepers, Bob and Juliet, could not have been more accomodating. Buttermilk pancakes with fresh picked blueberries for breakfast was the best! I would highly reccommend... more

Place is everything they promise and more. Clean, quite, best country breakfast I ever had. Eggs are right from the chickens out back. Neat old building, great location, great inn keepers. Would definitely recommend this place and wish we had booked a longer stay. more

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to book last minute accommodations at the Cornwall Orchards B&B during a very busy weekend in the Middlebury area. Bob and Juliet are a very charming couple, and their home is exceptionally clean, and full of the charm and character that you'd expect from a restored 18th century farmhouse.
