Any bed and breakfast inn is only as good as the inn keepers would like it to be. Julie and John truly have created a wonderful place to relax and stay at the Inn Victoria. Breakfast is served each morning between 8-9 and the food is splendid! Everything throughout the inn is immaculate and clean. Nothing has been overlooked. This... more

We cannot begin to describe how wonderful our experience was at Inn Victoria. The proprietors of the inn, John and Julie could not have been more warm and hospitable. There was a "Just Married" sign on our door to welcome us. The inn is gorgeous. Every detail has been seen to. A perfect Victorian inn. We stayed in the Princess... more

We just got back from a wonderful weekend again at the Inn. There isnt much to Chester, But you cant miss the beautiful Yellow Inn on the Green. Pretty colors, Old Glory along side the Union Jack only go to show they love all whom enter their wonderful Inn. Friendships across the oceans we always imagined. The hosts Julie and... more

Ahhhhh, what a weekend! Romance, Rest and Relaxation at the Inn Victoria, a charming and elegant getaway in the timeless foothills of southern Vermont. Driving down main street on our approach the church steeples flashed in the setting sun and the quaint and colorful shops invited us to enter. And even though it was twelve degrees outside and the snow... more

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a romantic birthday getaway and couldn't have asked for a better stay!!! Julie and John were extremely hospitable. Since I wasn't familiar with the area they recommended restaurants (which were all wonderful choices), made the reservations for me, printed out directions and gave us ideas for fun on our next trip to VT.... more

A Colleague and I had decided to make a last minute trip on a saturday afternoon. I live in Saint Albans, VT and he lives in Bronx, NY. We both looked for a place in the middle to meet together. As we booked our last minute day, and had then arrived at about 8:00 pm we were stunned by how... more

My Girlfriend Ela and I chose the Inn Victoria as our first experience in a Bed & Breakfast. We expected a pleasant stay, and we were rewarded with so much more. Amazingly warm and welcoming Innkeepers, first and foremost. A lovely, charming ambiance that made even this native New Englander appreciate our region a little bit more. It was unfortunate... more

My girlfriend surprised me with a romantic trip to Inn Victoria in Chester, VT for Valentine's Day weekend. Right from the moment we arrived, I knew this was going to be an incredible place, The Inn is simply gorgeous from the outside. It is a Victorian Inn that would be purely suited in a place like Cape May. The location... more

Location: Chester, VT is about 3 hours North of Boston and only 20 minutes south of Okemo Mountain. This part of Vermont is pretty remote..not much to do besides outdoor activities such as skiing...but it's also a great place to visit if you just want to relax and unwind. The Innkeepers: John and Julie, the innkeepers, are fantastic. We were... more

My husband had a BIG birthday, so we decided to combine a trip to Chester with some ski-ing in Okemo. I Took the recommendation from Trip Advisor, and I must say it's the best thing we did. Not only did Inn Victoria live up to expectations, it exceeded them by 100%. Julie and Jon are natural hosts, charming and helpful... more
