One of the best prices for a few nites stay was in every aspect pleasing, astheically the subtle decor reminds one that their culture can shine thousands of miles away. The location is perfect and the view of the New York Adriondack mountains is phonemonal. The staff was more than kind in a world where business men and women rarely... more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! We checked in, got the key and headed to the room only to find someone elses luggage on the floor and money on the night stand. We returned to the "receptionist" and requested a new room. The young guy working the desk phoned the owner, the only room avaiable was a smoking room - totally... more

Have stayed two times, both times made to feel unwelcome. The rooms are a very good value for the money, but the mangement / ownership is abyssmal..rude, insulting, suspicious, and downright hostile. They copied my license " for the police"( I guess in case I'm wanted! ), made insulting comments about me personally ( the woman at the desk referred to me... more

We've stayed here a few times, and found it an excellent value. I would not wish the owners of this place any ill. But watch out! The rooms are anything but modern. The cleaning operation is handled by the wife and son of the owner. This place is very cheap, and the value is great, but to some extent, you... more

We asked an employee at the VT visitor center on I-87 to recommend a low priced hotel that is good clean and decent. This was his recommendation. If budget is a consideration but you are unwilling to sacrifice on basic quality, this is an excellent choice. We liked it so much we stayed there a 2nd night when it turned... more

The hotel had stained carpets and run down. I felt like it wasn't as clean as the other reviews have given. Be careful of the beds. I saw them bringing in mattresses that were used and uncovered from his pickup. He said they "were cheap". We left after one night and was lucky to find another hotel with a vacancy. more

GGT Tibet Inn I recently stayed in Burlington for 2 nights with my partner, on our recent trip around Europe & the USA. It was the end of the summer season & cooling off a little, but we were still able to visit a lot of the town & surrounding areas, & enjoyed ourselves a great deal. We booked our... more

Rooms are spotlessly clean, and very large with new fridge and microwave and very large TV. Furniture and woodwork were rather scuffed up, and the owner/manager was difficult to understand, but I’d definitely stay here again. Main problem was (as someone else already noted) that the price quoted was less than the check-in price. more

We reserved a room for 5 nights and sent in a deposit almost 2 months in advance of our visit. When we never received a confirmation, I called the Inn 3 times. They kept saying that they couldn't find the reservation, but would check and get back to me- nobody ever did. Finally, on the fourth try, I told them... more

We stayed a year ago, the room was fine, but when we paid the owner tried to raise the price.. I tried to book today, 9/08 and the owner quoted me one price, I asked him to hold the phone and he hung up on me, when I called back he said he did not have that room but he... more
