Good B&B's offer positive experiences that one doesn't find in hotel chains, and Made INN Vermont excels in that regard. The house is two centuries old, featuring 14 ft. ceilings, wonderful woodwork and hardwood floors, but it has been thoroughly updated. The innkeeper, Linda is a flamboyant personality, both entertaining and informative about where to eat and what to see... More

I wanted to get out of the August Florida heat and also do a pre-celebration for my mother's 85th birthday. Having never been to Burlington VT, it seemed like a perfect place to visit. Decided to book a B & B since we were staying for five days and wanted to feel like a local. Made Inn Vermont was a... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here in June. It was absolutely perfect! The location is walking distance to downtown, which was great because we're used to living in a city and walking everywhere. Our bedroom was a great size and extremely comfortable. Linda was very friendly and accommodating! She has decorated the entire place with extreme care - every piece... More

Dear Guests, Thank you for your kind and generous review. We know as first time reviewers this adds even more meaning for us, as we know you had to go through more hoops just to write your review and have it published. We applaud and thank you for considering to take the time to help both our "small petite hotel"... More

"HI!" "So good to see you!" Hugs all around. One reviews a restaurant or hotel after the experience, of course. As this is our 5th time at Made Inn, we truly are "home". We catch up with dear Linda, chat with the charming staff, enjoy a snack and beverage, and settle in to another luxurious and lovely stay. Local friends... More

With the spread of conformity and image-driven superficiality, the allure of an individuated woman in full possession of herself and her powers will prove irresistible and as so this is your introduction to the Made Inn Vermont and its most celebrated innkeeper the raven haired, effervescent Linda. The inn is meticulously decorated, but remains comfortable and welcoming. The artwork throughout... More

The character of Vermont is perpetuated in a stay at Made INN Vermont. One could just stay at the INN, wander the public spaces, find all sorts of books, games, musical instrument, view Lake Champlain from the widow's peak, soak in a hot tub, have awesome breakfasts and be entertained by INN -keeper Linda. But then, one might miss out... More

This place is magical the moment you walk through the door. The innkeeper, Linda, is so incredibly warm and friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay a heavenly experience. This Victorian BnB is one of a kind, beautifully ecclectic, and takes you back in time. It's not like most, in that you could simply enjoy yourself without... More

We visit Burlington once each summer and usually stay at the Hilton because of its proximity to downtown, this visit was a little last minute so the Hilton was booked. I called Made Inn Vermont and was lucky enough to get the last room for two nights. Linda and her staff were very accommodating, we loved our room with its... More

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Made Inn. The host & owner Linda, is very friendly and hospitable. The house is beautiful, well kept, and is very thoughtfully decorated with things of visual interest. The rooms are very unique as well, I really liked the one I stayed in which was stocked with a record player and all... More

Spent a lovely five nights at Made INN Vermont earlier this month. Linda is a gracious, fun, and generous host. Our room was comfortable, especially the bed. The breakfasts were ample and delicious. Proximity to downtown made it easy to walk to nice restaurants, the farmers' market, and the lakefront. Plus, the house is lots of fun to explore, with... More
