Where do I start? The creepy innkeeper, the rash we got from the harsh chemical used to clean the linen, the "must-be-changed" mattress, the yellow stained bed linen, the gross faucet covered in soap scum, the door that we can see outside when the door is closed, the dark spot on the bathroom ceiling, the leave your key in the... For what I needed, a place to sleep and chill, it was great. Clean and helpful people. Well lit and really close to town. It is in need of maybe a bit of work, but over all nice and can't beat the price. Can't say enough about how awesome the staff was to guests and helpful.

New curtains and carpet, but that was it! In need of much tender loving care, very worn and tired. But for 88 dollars, somewhere to put our heads. Bed was comfortable enough, but everything is so dated and in need of total refurbishment. Would we return, sadly no.

We stayed here April of 2014 and upon first glance, things were okay: front desk clerk was helpful, even introducing a potential room prior to officially signing; safe parking environment; quiet motel overall. One thing that was important to us was having a 'non-smoking' room, which we were told they were, however when he opened the door, the place smelled... More

Travelled Sept 2013 as a Motorcycle Road Trip with a friend. Pros: -15 Mins Walk to Burlington Downtown (Church Street) -Quiet Rooms -Great services at the Front Desk -Cleanliness was OK for a MOTEL -Free Parking - Felt Secure to let our Harley Motorcycle out there. Cons: -Price was a bit High for that kind of place (88$ Double Occupation)... More

We should have asked to see the room. I learned that lesson the hard way with this one. And the huge sign saying "NO REFUNDS" should have been our first clue. For starters the lobby was even uninviting, man checking us in was anything but friendly. The room smelled like smoke and beer, TERRIBLE stale smoke and beer, blood/boogers/who-knows-what all... Cheap option for a night at just 15 minutes walk from Burlington's downtown (church street). But our room was in bad conditions (hard bed, old furniture and windows, poorly maintained) and smelled cigarettes smoke. If you go to Burlington to go out, drink and leave in morning, it may be a good place for you. But if you want to... More

Considering high prices on lodging in Burlington, this place might be considered budget friendly. And it's kind of long-stay friendly (has full kitchens). But I would recommend to avoid it if possible. Arriving around 8.30pm we were greeted with "I almost left" phrase. There were no options with rooms so we had to take whatever they offered. First floor room,... More
