Stayed at this hotel mid-summer so this may explain the $250+ per night we ended up paying, but the room was so small there was only one bedside table and one chair in the room. Literally too small for two people. "City-view" means you look out onto the parking garage. Staff was pleasant, but unable to credit my HHonors account... More

I visited for a conference. The front desk forgot to give half of the attendees their welcome bag. Room service was slow and overpriced; they forgot butter for my toast... took them 45 minutes to get me breakfast and another 30 minutes to get butter to me. Staff was friendly but not helpful. Thankfully, another attendee told me there was... More

We stayed at this hotel on an unexpected stop over in Burlington Vermont. My family and I were travelling through the U.S. on our way back to Canada and had to find a place to stay over night as it was getting very late and we were very tired. We didn't know the area at all so we drove around... More

Yes, this hotel is expensive, but worth it. I have reviewed my good experiences here before, and keep coming back because it is always great. This time we brought our dogs (an extra $50 per night-OUCH!!) but we were greeted with dog treats at the front desks and found comfy dog beds and bowls to welcome us in our room.... More

The room is clean, has a beautiful view of the lake but in no way should cost what we paid for it – way too much money for this room. We stayed on the “Executive“ floor for an extra cost and still have no idea what amenities come with the extra cost and I hate to say neither does the... More

I stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Burlington, VT on July 19th to celebrate a big life event. We loved Burlington and heard good things about this Hilton location so we decided to stay here. We got back to our room around 11p.m. and noticed it was a little too warm for our liking so we adjusted the temperature to... More

It is always so great for us to be able to help people celebrate the special occasions in their lives and it is certainly disappointing for me to read that the air conditioning system proved detrimental to a night that was so important. I am glad that Hilton has offered you compensation for this stay, and we at the hotel... More

When I originally made the reservation, I was told I couldn't be guaranteed a room with a view of the lake. The weather was glorious when I arrived in Burlington for my first visit (July) and I crossed my fingers for a room with a view. Sure enough, I was put in room 531, a corner room with huge, wall-to-wall... More

The beautiful view of Lake Champlain that can be seen from our hotel really is something special. We never take it for granted and I am so glad that you were able to take it in from one of our corner rooms! And I will offer my congratulations to you on your recent wedding! It is always fun for us... More

We found the entire staff of the Hilton in Burlington, VT to be extremely professional, courteous, friendly, and pleasant. This made our stay that much more enjoyable. The location near the downtown area and the waterfront is extremely convenient.

My wife and I came to visit our daughter who has a summer job in Burlington. We were pleasantly surprised by the town, and would consider a return trip on our own. The hotel is in a good location, a couple of blocks from Lake Champlain and a couple of blocks from a pedestrian mall similar to our local 16th... More

Just got back from a weekend stay and it was pretty dissappinting, and I don't ask for much. The worst thing about the room was the mold on the window frame. And there was a lot. It was across the entire bottom of the frame. The headboard was also disgusting. It takes a quick wipe with a cloth and that... More
