The Willard Street Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Burlington. The Inn is in a very large Victorian home which has been beautifully maintained. The rooms are large, well decorated in the period style, and well appointed. Ours had two comfortable chairs positioned for a view over the gardens to Lake Champlain, about 500 yards away. There is... More

We had a Wonderful stay here. The inn was extremely clean, quiet, and accommodating. The staff made us feel instantly at home. The breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. We also liked that we could help ourselves to coffee, tea, and freshly baked cookies whenever we liked.

The Inn has already been so lovingly described by others . But i had a purpose and a check list : Walk down a few blocks to April Cornell's Flag Ship store and outlet. Then on Lake Champlain Chocolate Shop and nearby factory. Of course, not to be missed : Ben & Jerry's 'Birth-Place" and nearby retail shop. Church Street... More

From the time we arrived until we checked out, we immensely enjoyed our stay here. The Inn is wonderfully maintained and managed by owners who obviously treat their Inn with love and care. We stayed in room #3 Martha's Memoirs, a lovely room on the second floor. We found the cleanliness most outstanding! We enjoyed the most beautiful garden and... More

Gorgeous Inn, immaculately maintained inside and out! Very welcoming staff and owners on premise. Beautiful 'common' rooms on the first floor with use of kitchen fridge-a bonus for travelers! Always a concern to find a nice (gluten-free) breakfast, I need not worry any longer! Loved our deliciously prepared breakfast each morning. Beautifully presented and served in the Solarium with a... The highlight of our visit to Burlington, VT was being treated as honored guests at this beautifully maintained historic mansion. We loved our immaculate, comfortable and quiet room on the third floor with a view of Lake Champlain. We especially enjoyed the many living areas on the main floor of the house with its fascinating historical details throughout and the... More

Stayed in larger 3-person room on top floor. Stairs will be pretty arduous for older folks or anyone not in good physical shape, although each landing has chairs for resting. Beautiful soaking tub in bathroom, but shower is very small and the walls are plastic, which bangs and clonks when you knock your knees and elbows into it. Daybed in... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Our guests are the best source of information and feedback to ensure we deliver a relaxing and truly enjoyable experience. As you know from your stay, the Inn was built in 1881. For over 100 years it was a single family home. Having spoken with people that grew up in... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is a beautiful, spacious inn which is very solidly built and well-maintained. The grounds are large and filled with amazing gardens. The breakfasts are wonderful and I particularly appreciated having a choice among three entrees. The location is ideal for access to downtown or the university. Although we always drove into town (and... More

We are B&B people and this rates among the best. Excellent (but far too large) breakfasts, free roam of the kitchen (most unusual), fab cookies. Grounds are lovely and walk to town is easy. Highly recommend.
