My wife and I have stayed at many B&B's in many places and this one definitely ranks in my top 5 and that's primarily due to Tim and Amy, the friendly hosts of this little place. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Tim(who carried our bags to the Carriage House) to true moment we said our good... more

This was our first stop in Vermont and I wished we had stayed longer. Amy makes a wonderful breakfast and I have been longing for her pumpkin pancakes ever sense. (She just pointed out that the recipe is on their website). We were there on a Saturday evening so we were able to do the beer tasting. We loved it.... more

Our stay during one of the "leaf" weekends was a trip to remember. Wonderful hosts, spectacular grounds and accomodations, enticing breakfasts - a weekend that we will cherish for years to come. Try to stay in the carriage house - cozy and private, with its own fireplace, makes it a great spot to forget the stress of the work week... more

There was not even one thing this b&b did not have. The food was great,We stayed in the Maple Room.It was decorated beautifully,Outdoor spaces were intimate and quite.Loved the fact that we were close enough to town that we could take a stroll to peek into some great little shops.Tim recomended a restaurant one block over from Main street that was... more

Tim & Amy couldn't have been more hospitable. From the moment Tim picked us up at the train station (a great service to provide for out of town guests), my wife and I could tell the Inn was run by very conscientious people. Our room was outstanding and Amy's cooking superb. We also enjoyed spending our time in the Pub... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here in the Rose Room. Gracious home with very comfortable parlor and breakfast room. Beautiful Amy's breakfasts were imaginative and delicious, and both she and husband Tim were very gracious, helpful hosts. Our room was immaculate, and we especially appreciated the reusable take-away water bottles instead of environmentally unfriendly bottled water. But the highpoint... more

Our stay was complimented by a great political discussion around the breakfast table over strong coffee to match the topic. Great fun!!!! more

My husband and I had a great time visiting Amy's and Tim's inn. What attracted me most to the inn is that is is owned by a nice young couple that we felt we could connect with and enjoy our time. They had fun things to do in the inn itself, such as the beer tasting or playing pool or... more

the rooms are lovely- amy and tim have a beautiful home and they make you feel like an invited guest- amy is an unbeleivable cook and her breakfasts are worth waking up for- we shopped in brattleboro- rode our bicycles in the rain- went for a drive along the river and even spent an evening at Tim's beer tasting in... more

I was very impressed. Tim and Amy did a lot of work and it shows. The Inn itself was fantastic, breakfast was incredible (and filling), and the room was superb. It's a must stay. Make sure to blockout Saturday night 5:30pm for the Beer tasting. Even if you don't "think" you like beer its a can't miss. We had a... more
