Horrible is the one word for this hotel. Problems started upon arrival. As I was checking in a couple of guests came down to the lobby complaining about the heat in there room. I went to my room and the heat was working there , however they do not turn the heat on in the hallways at all, you can... More

We had a mixed experience depending who was on staff. I think all of their problems stem from disorganization and lack of good management. I will detail what we experienced to maybe educate the hotel manager: 1. First day we arrive we are checked into a room and the heaters go out in the entire complex around 11pm. No power.... More

The place was not a bad place to stay. It had good rooms, good beds, good staff and one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. The location isn't bad either. Two complaints: the side entrance wasn't locked, and the is a security issue I feel can easily be fixed. The second would be to have more outlets. Other than... More

recently stayed for about a week and a half at the Quality Inn in Brattleboro, Vermont and my experience was a decided mix of good and not so good...I chose to stay there based on internet information and phone conversations with their very helpful desk staff because I no longer wanted to stay at the hotel I had been staying... Stayed on Oct. 10 while travelling to Maine. Motel was accommodating and rooms clean. In the morning Oct 11 2014 we left our room to put our bags in the car and go to breakfast and back to the room to finish and check out. When we got back to the room our door was open our towels were gone... More

Stayed here for one night on 14 October, 2014. Was put on 2nd floor. THEN was told they have no elevator. Everything has to be lugged up (and down) steep, narrow stairs that obviously used to be the fire escape. Stairs connect to open vestibule that is totally unsecured. We had no real complaints about the room, so perhaps the... More

This was originally a Ramada Inn...built in the 60s. Property does not appear to be well maintained...in need of refurbishment. Room was comfortable & quiet, and the bathroom was large & clean. Wi Fi was great. The free breakfast was excellent!

Advertised as newly remodeled. Maybe a few areas have been updated ( the lobby area) but I think they hired the 3 Stooges to do the remodeling/painting. Mismatched moldings. Bad paint job. Carpets dirty. Bathtub stained. Water faucet not clean. Drapes had spider webs/nests. Water stains on ceiling in breakfast area. Window frames crumbling. Windows dirty throughout the building. Overall,... More

For $64 a night I was not expecting much so wasn't disappointed. If I had paid $100+ I would NOT be happy but you get what you pay for with this Quality Inn. The room looked great if you didn't look at the floor. The bed was comfortable, there was a HUGE flat screen tv, a fridge and a microwave... More
