I arrived after finding my other reservation in a nearby inn had been forgotten. The first room assigned here was next to the boiler room, and was too noisy form my tastes, but Aron was quick and happy to change the room. The room had none of that disinfectant smell that you almost expect in $70 motels. I was pleasantly... More

I was attending a multi-day event at Rikert Nordic Center and stayed at Brandon Motor Lodge for a couple of nights. The room was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. Aron and Stacey were very accommodating and made some great recommendations for dining in Brandon. On top of all that, they gave me a nice little discount since... More

Stayed here last weekend for a ski event. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Price is so reasonable and the owners could not be nicer! I would definitely stay here again. The town has some really nice shops and a great diner (Shari's).

My husband and I were in the area visiting friends. This is also our first trip to VT. This little motel is run by a young family, very nice couple. Our room was the deluxe king. This room has a king bed, couch and small table & chairs plus refrigerator & microwave. We have only two small complaints: 1. The... More

This motel was a couple of miles outside of Brandon which we like. The mountains were just across the street and we could enjoy the sunset over them. There was an outside bonfire which others were using. They also had horseshoes, a nice kids play area with a sandbox and swings, an outside swimming pool and an inside hot tub.... More

we stopped by chance, looking for a room Aaron took care of us and was very kind. Him and his wife have really made this older facility sparkle and shine. the rooms may be smaller, but are very clean and refreshed. the bathroom is clean and updated and bed is very comfortable. it is quiet and we liked the windows... As the title says...amazing little place. We stayed in economy and was perfect. The ONLY issue I had(because of my tall stature) was the toilet. I had to learn a little yoga for that but still an awesome place. Pool, Hot Tub, playground....great for families and couples. Will stay again next time in town.

My family was displaced by a house fire about a week ago and needed to find short term accommodations. We decided to try this location because it was an easy drive from work in the Rutland area. I contacted the lodge and spoke to Aaron. He identified himself as the innkeeper of this property. After explaining our situation, he booked... More

This has been our 2nd stay. A great family owned motel. The proprietors are the best! The home-made muffins on the weekends are fantastic!! It's off the road and quiet for a good night's sleep. A great rendezvous point for motorcycles and some great riding!

We just left and would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a real touch of New England instead of a big name hotel where you are just a room number. This is a family owned and run business and they make you feel very welcome. Wifi in common area and larger rooms. Make sure you ask if you need... More
