This small cottaged village sit on route 7 with an excellent access to major nature spots in the south west of Vermont - all seasons. Nice cottages, well kept. Nice breafast. Lot of parking. beautiful surrounding. A very good place for family and kids. Lot of playground for the young ones. We asked for a baby bed in one room,... More

Older cottages but very comfortable and quit. Located in a great area for leaf looking and other activities. Would recommend just remember they are older cottages. The winery is nice and a free tasting for guest.

My friends and I spent couple of days here. Wonderful place. Quiet and relaxing. Our cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful setting, you are surrounded by vineyards and animals. There are 2 ponds on the property, outdoor pool. Friendly ducks walking around waiting for you to feed them, couple playful Boston terriers, bunnies, chickens. And a... More

We just returned home from a long weekend at Cozy Cottages & Otter Valley Winery and can't stop talking about it. Such a great place! Beautiful surroundings, vineyards, mature maple trees, ponds, animals. Our cottage had a comfortable king bed, small bathroom, it was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect from a good hotel (air conditioning,... More

Very expensive for poor quality. This cabin (#16) needs major updating. The curtains appear to be 1950 vintage and are in a sorry state. There is only tiny shelf space in the bathroom which has a small stand alone sink, the worst shower head I have ever seen (at 5 feet tall the non adjustable spray shot over my head)... More

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Cozy Cottages for a weekend getaway. Immediately upon arriving, we were treated like 'family' by Ursula and Steve and their adorable daughter Sophia. The cottage was clean, and their wine was exceptional. I highly recommend visiting their establishment for a stay, or just for the wine sampling alone! We will DEFINITELY be repeat... More

We've driven past these cottages for decades, starting back when they were called "The Adams'". They looked a little kitschy then, but since Ursula and Steve Zahn purchased them about 10 years ago, fixed them up, and added vineyards they have become simply charming. When we needed a place to stay this summer, due to a problem with our usual... More

These cottages are retro in a great way. The beds were comfy. The AC worked well. There was a fridge and microwave. The pool was refreshing on a hot day. There are lots of toys for kids. The owners were nice and the wine tasting was fun. Not quite walking distance to town, but very close. I'd stay again.

The cottages were clean and comfortable. The people were very nice. We did a wine tasting and got some history on the grounds. We had a double and a single. My sister had a double and 2 twins. All were happy and we would stay again. There are ducks, and bunnies. Chickens as well. No rooster to cackle in the... More

We spent two nights here as we were traveling north to take our daughter to camp. When we arrived at 9:30 in the pouring rain, we had a difficult time finding the place because it was so dark. We also had a difficult time finding someone to let us in. The next morning, Ursula, the manager, was very apologetic about... More
