This hotel advertises FREE internet in its online ads. However, when we arrived, the clerk told us that we would have to pay $10 for the password to log in. The piece of paper that we purchased said "Login information for FREE internet". Besides that, the connection wouldn't work as promised and internet customer service was nearly impossible to reach.... more

This is truly a NO TELL, MOTEL. I did not realize, when the reservation was made, that the place is a motel with no interior doors, rather, all doors face the parking lot. We stayed at the Days Inn in Barre for 1 night during an alumni weekend and the hotel wasn't the nicest, to say the least...
