We had a great visit to a very dog friendly B&B. Emily (Emmy) welcomed us and was a great friend throughout our stay. Get reservations through Emmy to the local tavern, the Barnard Inn, (it is excellent). A big comfortable room , fenced areas for the dogs during breakfast and plenty of grounds to run the dogs. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Chelsea Farm. Emmy, the proprietor, is the perfect hostess. I can't say enough about the hospitality, the cleanlieness of the accommodations and the wonderful breakfasts. We have been visiting Chelsea Farm now twice yearly for over five years. friends recommended the inn at chelsea farm when i mentioned a college chum and i wanted a restful and quiet spot removed from but easily accessing activity. chelsea farms was perfect! we each had a lovely bedroom with private bath, fabulous breakfasts prepared by the innkeeper emily and could go explore woodstock, take a ski run, or simply curl up...
