I was over charged $20 a night, compared to my others in my group. We all booked the same way, and I was charged more. Still playing phone tag with a manager. Nice hotel, good food, clean, etc. My main issue is the price that I was charged.

In June 2014, we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Indianapolis, IN. Fabulous accommodations! So, we decided to spend our wedding anniversary weekend at the Embassy Suites in West Valley, UT. Bad choice! We were assigned a room without a tub or a hand-held shower. For a lady, that is a big problem. Second, breakfast on Saturday morning was chaotic.... More

We had stayed at Embassy Suites in SLC several times for Wasatch ski trips. The hotel was located in town on West 600S, and was one of our favorites. Excellent rooms, manager's reception, indoor pool and hot tub, and The Plum restaurant made this hotel a destination in itself. So they built a new Embassy Suites in West Valley, and... More

This hotel is a great value. We stay here every time we go to Salt Lake. It is reasonably priced and feels like a more expensive hotel. The two room sutes are large. The breakfast is much better quality than other similar hotels.

While this hotel adequately represents the embassy suites brand, the experience was dull to say the least. Great suites, lots of space, New and clean. Not an upscale location for certain, but convenient to freeways and transit. Restaurant- Schula's was okay, nothing remarkable. Best for business in West Valley City, 15 Min from downtown/airport, 20 min to university area.

I've stayed here a few times on business and find the location super convenient. This time around I cane in early to have some fun before work meetings. This hotel is pretty new, features a Shulas 347 restaurant, which is consistently good. They also offer free breakfast daily, not just your run of the mill bagels and coffee, I'm talking... More

Nice, modern design with poor, salty breakfast, no TV program guide, no pay per view options, no DVD players, soft huge pillows with comfortable beds. The light switches were goofy. The bartender almost ignored us when we asked for nonalcoholic drinks.

The front entrance was a little to recognize as a entrance of a Hotel. Needed sign on front. Had not heard of a evening reception that served fruit, chips and salsa, soft drinks, coffee, tea, and alcoholic beverages. What a great gesture. The morning breakfast was fantastic with a lot choices and especially a made to order omelet!

This must be a new hotel, with a great restaurant (Shula 347), everything was superb. This must be the model for new Embassy Suites. Rooms made sense, key controlled air conditioning, very good layout. I have stayed at many Embassy Suites Hotels and this one, by far is the best.

My family and I stayed at this property in mid July during a four day visit to Salt Lake City. The hotel itself is top notch, no real problems to be found. The room was clean and spacious with a separate living area and wet bar. The bedroom and bathroom were separated by a sliding door that does not lock... More
