Shower drain nearly plugged. Sheets worn with tears. We slept in our sleeping bag. Towels threadbare. Sink cracked. Carpet not vacuumed. Smoke alarm had dead battery and beeped until we took it down. Continental breakfast was white bread, coffee, and Tang. Lady at desk was pleasant but not helpful in getting a plunger for the shower and did not offer... more

All in all a decent place. Was the same price as the Motel 6 next door. Came in late and it took a while for door to be answered. Gentleman was very friendly. Room was good temperature and beds were nice. Slept well and left early. No complaints. more

THe service and cleanliness was fine. We were greeted promptly, they were very attentive and nice. Even when we asked them many questions about the area and accomodations they were very helpful. The place was clean though the rooms are nothing to brag about. The bed was the worst part of our stay. We felt like we were sleeping on... more

Motel 6 is my preferred motel as it is light on my budget and no problems bringing my dog. Unfortunately they were apparently sold out so I stayed here. Wouldn't come back unless I had to stay in Wendover and Motel 6 was sold out. On the positive side, large rooms and free WIFI, low prices (best prices were found... more

This place was nasty. the shower head was moving and the handles were ready to come off... you would have to hold the shower head while you were taking a shower and it turned scalding hot in the middle of your shower. there were flies; lights didn't work; and there was a dead fly in the fridge. free coffe... ya... more

Well I had stayed here before (was the heritage then) enjoyed it but it does not seem to be kept up to well. The guy did give me a goverment discount that was nice. And yes the room is large and furniture does look new and the bed is lumpy but seems clean. I wouldn't sit on the carpet pretty... more

This hotel is older but had a brick exterior which looked presentable from the street, but upon entry into the lobby we were met with very cold feel from the lighting and a lobby that needed a major refurbishment. We also had noticed that there wasn't one vehicle in the parking area when checking in at 830PM. That usually is... more

We stayed here based on the past 2 glowing reviews and were underwhelmed. But at $60 with tax for a double, there's not much to complain about. Rooms are large and comfortable and fairly clean. Bathroom is a little run down and the shower difficult to operate. It's walking distance to the Nevada border and the first of the casinos.... more

I was happy with my stay and would return again. It is not a brand new hotel but it was clean and comfortable and I would recommend it to anyone. more
