Great hotel in Vernal. I am not sure why anyone would stay anywhere else. We only stayed 1 night but the room was spacious, clean and well equipped with refrigerator and microwave. Fresh baked cookies all night long were wonderful! The front desk guy was very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for dinner - Vernal Brewing Co. was... More

We had been driving from Salt Lake City to Steamboat and it was getting late. We thought we could do it and continue on our journey but someone we met at a local restaurant advised us (4 girls) to stay in Vernal for the night. It's a long desolate road with lots of wildlife. We were fortunate enough to find... More

After a long drive from Moab Utah and dusty from lots of hiking, we checked in to this hotel desperately needing a good hot shower and a comfortable bed to collapse in. We got both. The room is very nicely furnished, very clean and has a much needed frig with freezer. The bathroom was finished with travertine tile and very,... More

My friend and I rolled in one evening and got the last room available. It was comfortable and spacious; large beds with small kitchenette. The walls are super thin, and we could here our neighbor watching TV at a pretty high volume. Thankfully, he turned in for the night pretty early and we slept like a couple of fossils. I... More

We enjoyed our stay at the Landmark Inn in Vernal. I made reservations directly through the hotel and found you get the best price that way. I have to say this although I do not want to deter from the quaintness of this wonderful Inn - it does have paper thin walls and you can hear people talking. However we... More

Stayed here on two separate ends of our rafting trip and were extremely happy with the accommodations. We reserved a suite for 2 adults and 4 kids and had more than enough room for everyone since there is a hideaway bed in the couch. The hotel seems relatively new and is quite clean. The included breakfast was no better or... More

The hotel is off the main drag so it was pretty quiet. The room was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We were able to get a good night's sleep before heading off to the dinosaurs. The breakfast was only OK, but it was on par with most breakfasts that are included in the room fee.

Based on TA reviews, we picked the Landmark for a stopover going thru Vernal. This is a fairly recently constructed 3 story motel right in downtown. Easy in-out access and appeared to be plenty of parking. The parking lot suggests about 50% tourist and business visits, and 50% construction workers. Above average lobby and check in. Our reservation was confirmed,... More

I've stayed in most of the Motels/Hotels in Vernal and was getting thoroughly disappointed in my choices.I even drove home (150 miles) because I couldn't bare staying another night in a musty room. That said I found the Landmark inn and I must say I actually look forward to my stay.. Chase has always been great he's really helpful and... More

I have had to travel to Vernal once a month for the past year and half and have stayed in almost every hotel in the Vernal area, including some in Roosevelt. After finding this little gem, I have not stayed anywhere else. For the money, you will get the best value here as the rooms are comfortable, the location is... More
