I stayed at the landmark during Dec and Jan. The place is nice, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the walls are thin. Like other reviewers have mentioned. Otherwise its a nice place to stay.

This is a very reasonably priced, new modern multistory motel located in downtown Vernal. It is convenient to Dinosaur National Monument, both the Utah and Colorado sides. Had an overnight stay here during a road trip. Service on arrival was 1st class - warm cookies, drinks available. Our room was in the annexe, an old church. It was lovely. Nicely furnished with all we needed. Breakfast was ample with a good selection of foods.

We stayed for a night in this place when travelling as a couple through Vernal last September. We were upgraded from a QQ room to one of their suites, which turned out to be fantastic. No a/c or toilet paper in honeymoon suite. No screen on window. Poor representation of a "honeymoon suite". Mgmt seemed unconcerned . Had to go to main lobby for ice or drinks and even toilet paper . Surrounded by a concrete parking lot, value for dollars spent was not there. The room was nice, but the total ambiance of the stay was lacking. Certainly loved all the Dinosaurs along the way. Did not select this hotel on our return trip. Stayed in Craig at the Hampton Inn which was terrific!
