Stayed 1 night. This B&B is a 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. It is situated on top of a hill. The innkeepers, Alice and David were very nice and cooked a homemade breakfast in the morning. They have a Llama, horse, donkey and goat along with a dog and 2 cats. It was really neat staying here. Our room... More

We stayed here two nights while visiting Bryce. Our room was spacious enough and our king bed was comfortable but the pillows were very soft. I felt like the entire B & B was a bunch of unfinished projects. Our bathroom had an unfinished blue electrical box in the ceiling and part of the ceiling in the bath was not... More

highly recommend this place. my husband and I traveled the southwest region of the USA last year and stayed here for a night. the rooms have their own bathrooms and exit/entrances to the outside which was a plus. the hosts were very accommodating and had lots of valuable information for travelers. I liked how the breakfast was a shared experience... More

Had a great stay at the Buffalo Sage. It is a beautiful view from the deck to drink wine under the stars or coffee in the morning. The room was spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast was great and we spent quite a bit of time talking with Alice and David and they are very nice and interesting to talk with.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Buffalo Sage. The house is idyllically perched on the top of a hill between the town of Tropic and the Bryce Canyon National Park with magnificent views across to the Escalante National Monument. Staying here is much nicer and quieter than in the busy tourist town of Ruby's. There are also good restaurants... More

We were late getting our act together and had to scramble to find reservations. We found 2 nites here. It was nice. Very comfortable. Clean and large rooms, with separate entrances which was very nice. Nice owners. Sort of messy, not in your room, but in the main living area, but it just added to the comfortable atmosphere. And very... More

Alice and David made our trip more like a visit to friends who opened their home to us, than a sterile stay at a hotel. Their knowledge of the area and trip advice gave us the best possible fun for the time in which we had to spend. The food was terrific, the room first rate, the view breathtaking and the... More

Recently stayed for three nights in the King Bed room. Beautiful pine bed and very clean room with everything provided - thick towels, access to fridge, private entrance (all rooms have this), TV with DVDs, private bathrooms...and excellent huge portion breakfasts at your time of choosing between 7:30 - 10:00. Everyday breakfast was different, but always included some form of... More

Great location with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our 3 nights and mornings here. David and Alice are great hosts and really made us feel at home. You can walk right out onto the deck from your room which also leads to the breakfast area. Each morning was a new and delicious menu. The room was very clean and... More

We pulled in here late (9:00 PM) after spending the day at Zion. We grabbed a bite to eat and we came to the bed and breakfast. We were given an overview of the house and shown to our room. Our room was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bed and breakfast is surrounded by open space. Room... More
