My husband and I just returned from a magical one week stay at Bryce Canyon Livery Bed and Breakfast. Bree and Joey (Justin) were absolutely wonderful. Rooms are very clean, breakfasts included fruit every day and we had varied offerings from quiche to sourdough waffles, to french toast and a blueberry bake. All homemade and delicious. Bree and Joey gave... More

We stayed at the Livery for 3 nights in July. After reading many of the reviews prior to writing this one, our experience was mainly positive, although I could understand but not necessarily agree with some of the negative reviews. First of all, I liked the quiet location which as stated before is in a small community neighborhood. The Livery... More

Brea and Justin were excellent hosts - very nice breakfast entres' and great advice on how to see the area. Lynette and I enjoyed and appreciated their insights. Rooms were nice and clean. We liked the family operation. DO go up the back-way to the park - the Wilderness Trail, and DO ask the folks here about a slot canyon... More

Stayed with a family in two rooms for two nights. The whole property is well kept and makes a good impression compared with many other houses in the vicinity. The rooms are nice, although it is true that the sound proofing is so bad that you can hear a lot of noise from the other rooms. Lucky for us everybody... More

Stayed for one evening. This place is lovely and so is the family who runs it. My room was very clean and spacious. But I had trouble getting a good night's sleep -- noises of all kinds in other rooms could be heard in my room because walls/ceilings are thin. Otherwise, the stay would have been perfect.

Staying at a bed and breakfast is typically about not your typical hotel experience, but more family style. This really fit the bill for that. Breakfast was amazing (best corn bread ever!) and they really went out of the way to make me feel welcome. Lots of conversations with other guests and the common area includes a hot tub for... More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bryce Canyon Livery during our Utah driving vacation. This property looked very nice when we arrived. The grounds were nice with lots of flowers in the gardens, the room was clean and nicely decorated, and it was a reasonably short drive to Bryce Canyon. We were also greeted promptly upon arrival, checked... More

The folks who run this B & B make you feel very welcome. They know the area well and provide great suggestions for places to eat, things to do and places to see in the area. Great views of Bryce Canyon and the stars at night. Expansive lawn and flowers. Substantial breakfast cooked to order if you have special diet.... More

Jeannie & Bruce took great care of me - were flexible and hospitable and even cooked breakfast to order the next morning. The Dark Skies there are a wonder to witness like nowhere else on the western map.
