Bryce Trails B&B is a great place to stay if you plan on visiting Bryce Canyon. Located 10 miles from the entrance to Bryce Canyon, it offers the opportunity to get away from the tourist crowds at the Canyon itself. Getting to the Canyon from the B&B is really easy - just a few minutes and you are there. Our... More

Large, welcoming room. Leanne warmly greeted us which was appreciated after we had driven through two snow storms that day. John's hiking suggestions (Moss and Bristlecone) were perfect for us. Quiet home, off the main highway, and other interesting guests at breakfast. I liked the 8 AM timing so we could fit other activities in the rest of the day.... More

John and Leeanne were the best hosts! They keep a very clean and quiet house. The breakfasts were always homemade, well-rounded and delicious. John insisted on playing chauffeur for us when, partway through our visit our car was damaged in an accident. The common areas are decorated tastefully with hints of local attractions. Each guest room is decorated with a... More

My husband and I will be here for three nights. We haven the fairyland room. It has a queen bed, a comfortable seating area, a jacuzzi, shower, TV and coffee maker. Leanne and John took over the management only two weeks ago. It seems they have been here much longer. Very gracious hosts who really want to please their guests.... More

This is a very good B&B, with large clean rooms and excellent breakfasts and everyone was really friendly. It is a great place to stay in Tropic and it is easy to visit Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and to drive along scenic Route 12. Parking is easy with plenty of space in front of the B&B and guest rooms... More

We stayed 2 nights in the Bristlecone cone room and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the view was awesome. The innkeepers were nice and low key but shared information about the area, restaurants, trails, etc. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the communal tables were a nice way to meet the... More

Stayed here one night before moving on to the lodge in Bryce National Park. Great views from the porch, lovely and commodious room and excellent breakfast. Friendly owners who recommended a great restaurant up the road, for dinner. While it's a little far from the main entrance, it's near several Park hiking trails.

Just to clarify an earlier comment--it's a 2.3 mile drive from this B &b B to a trail head and a TWO mile walk UP that trail before you arrive at an actual Bryce Park trail, which is almost two more miles to the brim. That is a long, hard slog that we weren't quite up for. By the time... More

We were so glad to have chosen the larger room with a view back toward the red cliffs of Bryce NP...the rains came, we had done our walks in the park, and were glad to have comfortable chairs with their fantastic view. Lovely location and very quiet and peaceful. Bed was very comfy and shower good. Breakfasts were quite large,... More

Have stayed at other b&b - this is by far the best breakfast I have ever had. All fresh, nice presentation - so much food and very high quality. Great way to start a day of hiking . The food bumped this b&b from good to very good/excellent. Strongly recommend avoiding Ruby's and coming here.
