Steve and Debbie are very attentive to the details that comfort a traveler. The kitchenette was stocked with coffee, cream, salt, pepper, toothpicks and plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. The beds were comfortable and everything was ultra clean. An additional touch that meant a lot to us was the back yard charcoal grill, fully stocked with charcoal and lighter... More

My cabin at Pine Shadows was spacious and clean, with a nicely appointed kitchenette. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The location is fabulous as a gateway to so many of Utah's great national parks and monuments.

Large cabins, perfectly fine for extended stay. Very close to great hiking areas, and far enough from the road noise. There are several things to note - bring your own hairdryer, bring ear plugs if staying during a cold season (heater is very loud), bring shampoo. Wi-Fi spot was there, but seems like the internet is spotty.

We wish our valued guest would have voiced his concerns with us while he was here. We have shampoo, blow dryer and extra blankets available to make his stay more pleasant. Once we were made aware of wireless problems, it was as easy as just resetting the router. We value each and every guest. It is our goal to have... More

Enjoying a beautiful secluded location, Pine Shadows Cabins are comfortable, well equipped and offer so much more character than the identikit motels in Torrey. Our one regret was that we hadn't brought any food to cook on the barbecue behind our cabin, The only store in Torrey, the Chuckwagon, had a poor selection of meat, with nothing small enough for... We just spent eight nights at this place, and it was hard to leave. The area is gloriously beautiful, and we slept with the curtains open to see the phenomenal stars at night. The cabins are private and well-equipped. If anything was needed, owners Steve and Debbie were quick to respond. (we needed new batteries for theTVremote.) There is a... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights in September and wished I had booked more. The owners are friendly, helpful and nice. The Cabins are well laid out containing all the ammenities that you could want in a rustic setting (kitchenette, coffee maker, dorm size fridge, TV, DVD player etc) and all have a great view which enhances the sunrise.... I just loved staying here and was sorry it was only for 2 nights. I still cannot believe the size of the home we stayed in (twice as big as my own). It is extremely clean, homey, close to Capitol Reef, with all the conveniences and a fabulous view of Utah red rocks to boot. Like the rest of the... More

We stayed here for five nights in early Sep. Everything was just perfect. My husband and I were exploring Capital Reef and didn't want to stay in the traditional motel type of accomodations. Pine Shadows Cabins were the perfect choice in a great location. Area is very peaceful with great views right out your back door and a really special... More

This place is by far the best place to stay in the area! We have stayed here for the past few years and Debbie and Steve have always been overly accommodating and friendly. The cabins are well maintained and the setting is beautiful. They really go out of their way to make you feel at home. I look forward to... More

We stayed here for two nights in August. They are very casual about your arrival. When we got there we found our name listed on the door as to which cabin was ours, with the keys on the table. The cabin was very well equipped with everything you would need to live there - fridge, stove, coffee pot, toaster, microwave,... More
