yet again on this trip of Utah we found it difficult to find rooms in our chosen locations until we came across this little gem. It is a 4 room block of Motel rooms with an attached office in the middle of a working farm. This little venture has been well planned by the owners with twin queen beds and... More

Very good and small (4 rooms). Quiet and in a beatiful surrounding close to Capitol Reef NP. Spacious room with 2 double beds and free Wifi. Fridge, microwave and coffee are in the room. Beds are fine.

I booked it by calling Linda. I chose this motel because it's much cheaper than 2-star hotels in Torrey, and looks better than other motels. The positive reviews are all true. I was impressed by the size of the room. The room looks very spacious and clean. I've never stayed overnight on a ranch, and I like the view from... More

Our family of 4 stayed here overnight after visiting Capitol Reef National Park this past August. It is only about 20+ minutes from the Park. There are only four rooms and we were given the corner room. It was large, clean as a whistle, had a tv, fridge and coffee maker. Watching the sun rise outside our window the next... More

We chose to stay in Teasdale while visiting Capitol Reef National Park. The rate was excellent and we had no problems or complaints with our room. The room was clean and the bathroom spacious. It was really all we needed. The view out the window was awesome. Since we are city dwellers it was wonderful to see a green field... More

So, it's spring break season. Not many better things to do than explore Utah's backcountry and national parks (seriously, did you know that Utah has 5 national and 43 state parks? Take that, East Coast liberals...) with the family in tow. This year: Goblin Valley and Capitol Reef NP. All of the rooms were taken in Torrey, Capitol Reef's Anaheim,... More

Everything in this motel was fine by objective standards: the room was big and clean, the appliances worked, nothing went wrong. Nevertheless, we both found this a strange place to stay. For one thing, it's truly at the end of the world. Torrey and the national park are just down the road, but Teasdale itself is one of those forgotten,... More

I found this motel on line and read the trip advisor reviews and decided to go ahead and booked a room for 2 nights back in February for our visit to Capitol Reef which was last weekend (Memorial weekend). This motel was a great. I agreed with the other two reviewers and this motel is off the beaten path but... More

My husband and I come to Capitol Reef National Park often, and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays at Cactus Hill every time. It is a ridiculously good deal--very inexpensive, large, immaculate rooms, microwave, fridge, but best of all, it is a small (4 room) motel owned by a local family and it is just off the beaten path in extraordinarily... This is a 4-unit motel on the ranch in Teasdale. The units are large and comfortable with large and clean baths, The furniture is new, the beds very comfortable, ech unit has a microwave and coffee maker. The place is beautiful and quiet at the low price. Stay there and enjoy!
