The Sundance resort is very nice. The setting is great and the activities are wonderful. We went horseback riding, hiking to the falls and just enjoyed the place. The cabins are rustic but comfortable. They aren't air conditioned but for 1 night we didn't need. The staff are great. The food for our events was excellent

We stayed here for our honeymoon. We had both known about it for years and it was an easy choice for us, but we never imagined it would be as beautiful and charming as it was! It is nestled beneath Mt. Timpanagos about 35 miles from Park City. But it is a whole different world with limited development designed to... More

This review is for the deli on the property. We had lunch here after our hike to Stewart Falls. We all got deli sandwiches-all delicious. Turkey bacon avocado and BLT were our favorites. They do have gluten free bread but we had to ask since it's not on the menu. The smoothies, milkshakes and cookies (not gluten free) were all... More

Thank you for your wonderful compliments about our deli and for pointing out that we do have gluten free options. All of our restaurants offer gluten free bread substitutes for the meals, as well as indicating the vegan options we can provide. It is wonderful to see you were able to sample our sandwiches, drinks and treats at the deli,... More

It's a Folger's commercial come to life. 1. There is no cell phone service pretty much anywhere and the wifi is not reliable outside your cabin. 2. The TV set-up is great. Full cable with DVD players and all the right cords if you're bring a computer or iPad with movies. 3. It's crazy dark at night so just be... More

Thank you, Michelle, for taking the time to compose this helpful review! It is true that it may be difficult to receive cell phone service, as it depends entirely on the carrier. AT&T has proven to be very successful at receiving service on the mountain. We are pleased to see you enjoyed the TV set up, as we hope to... More

We are from Utah, so this was a local summer get away. We actually stayed one night on two different holidays . . . July 4th and the 24th (Utah's "pioneer day") . . . or as the local non-mormons call it . . . "pie n' beer" day. We chose these 2 nights because in Utah, the neighborhood fireworks... More

Thank you for writing the review and thank you for choosing to stay with us during those fireworks holidays! It can be quite a troubling time for pets with sensitive hearing. The frustration over the fee is understandable, and your suggestions on doggie bags is something that we may take into account in the future. Thank you for bringing these... More

We had a great three days hiking, reading, and eating at the resort restaurants. Both the primary restaurants and deli are very good. The only reason I did not give a 5 rating was our room was to have a sitting room, but did not which was inconvenient, but did not ruin our visit. Oh, yes, the wifi is pretty... More

We are so pleased that you had such a great time with us! It looks like you really took advantage of our getaway spot, relaxing, enjoying the outdoors and eating at our various restaurants. The Tree Room, which is our fine dining restaurant, is open for dinner while the Foundry Grill and Deli are open for all three meals. It... More

A well-cared for retreat in the mountains above Salt Lake City which will feel familiar to anyone who has holidayed at one of the more luxurious Alpine resorts. Cottages (actually, apartments within cottages) are spacious and mostly well appointed, although those with families should be aware that access to childrens' sleeping rooms is by ladder only - in our case,... The accommodations are individual units nestled in the woods. Planters packed with flowers are everywhere. A stream runs through the whole place and provides many, many opportunities to appreciate nature's beauty. Staff was attentive and very helpful. The restaurants were limiting, yet food was great. Lots of activities available. My watercolor class was inspiring.

This past New Years Eve was our third time to the resort (pardon the late review). My husband and I just love Sundance. This resort is small enough to easily get around yet large enough not to get bored. The ski in, ski out aspect is amazing as are the ski passes you get when staying at the resort. The... More

Thank you for the review and for all of the kind words you have for us. It is fun to read about our winter months in the middle of our summer season!
