We stayed in a Sundance Suite in the Mandan group and were stunned by the beauty of the scenery, the attention to detail and service provided by the staff. The food was fabulous and we were able to attend a screening of one of the Sundance Festival films, even though we had not made prior reservations. What a treat. We... more

Sundance is Fantastic! The activities availabe are so fun and different. The food is incredible. Lying in bed and listening to the river outside your window is hard to match. We wee there in the fall so the color of the leaves was just out of this world. The cabins are nice and homey, it will be nice when they... more

For our anniversary, we stayed in a cabin at the Sundance ski resort. This was such a wonderful time of year to stay there. First of all the resort was was so cozy and very well appointed. We felt like we were the only ones in the mountian. Even though there are several cabins, they a tucked away and very... more

Sundance Resort is rustic luxe. I stayed in Mandan #26. It was similar to the photos others have posted of the Mandan suites except the bed faced the large stone fireplace and the cathedral ceiling was supported by two huge tree trunks at the end of the bed on either side. The mini kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom had... more

We stayed in the mountain suites and the rooms were great. Tasteful, rustic, very clean. (I would say half star below Four Seasons quality.) There was a babbling brook steps from our room. The brook flowed from a glacier and it was full of trout. The hikes were very scenic and more challenging than the you might think. The restaurants... more

We came here between seasons so the experience was wonderfully private. Although there were others there we were the only ones taking yoga in the mornings, we got to know the managers and other staff, and got great individual service every time we dined. It was a magical time. What I'll look forward to returning to regardless of the season... more

We planned a weekend family ski trip the last Weekend in March. Fortunately, it snowed that weekend. We loved our accomodations next door to the spa. Our family had 2 rooms in the same building, one was a sundance suite and the other a mountain suite. The mountain suite was larger and had a separate downstairs living room area with... more

I went to Sundance in the Summer for the first time. I have been to Sundance for skiing many times but Summer was a whole new wonderful experience. It was sooo beautiful and luxuriously rustic. I had a wonderful time. The Spa was amazing. I highly recommend the Stone Massage. I went hiking (amazing waterfall), moutain biking and horseback riding.... more
