Stayed in Feb 2015. Great location for ski in, ski out. Absolutely beautiful views!! But from the minute we walked in got a bad vibe from the bell staff and felt unwelcome. No one goes out of there way in regards to customer service. Our thermostat was broke in our room, and when we called maintenance the answer we got... More

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding your recent experience at Snowbird and the Cliff Lodge. We understand the difficulties that you encountered and are working on improving each guest interaction throughout the resort and not just at the Cliff Lodge. Also, beginning in April of 2015 we will begin a renovation program for all of the guestrooms in... More

We stayed at the Cliff Lodge for two nights. First the good. The staff, especially the bell men, were very friendly and helpful. The views from the property and room were beautiful. The proximity to skiing and Snowbird Center was great. The ski lockers and ticket office onsite was also very convenient. Now the not so good. I have stayed... More

The decor is kinda stuck in the 1970's...I expect to see the Brady Bunch walking around the corner! Pros: - Ski in, ski out - Lovely staff - Ski lockers, rental shop etc. Cons: - the décor. All that hard wood and dark carpeting... - badly in need of a renovation, lots of little things in need of repair -... More

Located in The Cliff! We had a studio unit (microwave, stove, oven, and full refrigerator. Hot tub on the deck. Bed was a sofa sleeper - queen size. Nice size unit. Access to the Cliff Spa was included - very nice outdoor hot tub, swimming pool, and exercise equipment with a very nice locker room. Special ski storage area with... More

Yes, this property is older and could use some attention (they do have plans to upgrade one of the wings) and yes, this property is great if you are here in the winter and want easy access to the slopes. I used RCI points for three nights, had a studio with a king bed and fold out couch for our... More

The lcation is great, they offer a very good ski rental inside the hotel plus a shop where you can find almost everything you need fro skiing. The mexican resaurant in the hotel is excellent, the very expensive restaurant at the 10th floor is not so good and the service is average.

This is an older property, in a ski resort that consistently has excellent snow and challenging runs. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Not much on offer for apres ski, but they don't claim to either. People come to Snowbird for the skiing, not the hotel. Hotel could use some updates, but overall, this hotel is a... More

My husband and I were very disappointed of the poor quality of the mattresses. This issue made our experience less than desirable. Expensive place for such worn out beds. The mattress slumped so badly that we awoke with sore body, specially our backs

The Cliff Lodge is surely a nice hotel. Its location is undoubtedly spectacular. The Cliff Spa is truly remarkable. Having said that, the stay at the Cliff Lodge and Spa left a somewhat awkward aftertaste. Admittedly, my high expectations are gauged the enormous costs for a hotel room. For two nights, I paid more than $460, the price of a... More

This is Snowbird at its best. People come here to ski, not for the lodging or the food. This seemed to be the best hotel in Snowbird - but do not expect glitz when coming here. Expect amazing skiing - because that is why you come to Snowbird I loved it. The room was very clean and the view was... More
