The lcation is great, they offer a very good ski rental inside the hotel plus a shop where you can find almost everything you need fro skiing. The mexican resaurant in the hotel is excellent, the very expensive restaurant at the 10th floor is not so good and the service is average.

This is an older property, in a ski resort that consistently has excellent snow and challenging runs. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Not much on offer for apres ski, but they don't claim to either. People come to Snowbird for the skiing, not the hotel. Hotel could use some updates, but overall, this hotel is a... More

My husband and I were very disappointed of the poor quality of the mattresses. This issue made our experience less than desirable. Expensive place for such worn out beds. The mattress slumped so badly that we awoke with sore body, specially our backs

The Cliff Lodge is surely a nice hotel. Its location is undoubtedly spectacular. The Cliff Spa is truly remarkable. Having said that, the stay at the Cliff Lodge and Spa left a somewhat awkward aftertaste. Admittedly, my high expectations are gauged the enormous costs for a hotel room. For two nights, I paid more than $460, the price of a... More

This is Snowbird at its best. People come here to ski, not for the lodging or the food. This seemed to be the best hotel in Snowbird - but do not expect glitz when coming here. Expect amazing skiing - because that is why you come to Snowbird I loved it. The room was very clean and the view was... More

Snowbird is an elite skiers destination. The hotel has not changed in years but consumers tastes have. We want more bang for our buck but is this really the mindset we should have? I prefer the hotel as us rather than something you see in Deer Valley. It's a nestled little secret tucked in a far away mountain . Be... More

It doesn't get more convenient for skiing, and hands down this is the reason this resort is so popular for skiers. Its priced reasonably compared to other resorts right on the mountain because its so old and outdated. The hotel itself hasn't been updated in at least 25 years. The carpets and furnishings are beyond worn out. It's just nasty.... More

The rooms are straight up Holiday inn but the beds are comfy and you ski in and ski out. Outdoor pool and hot tubs were oping when it was 5 degrees outside! Not sure there's anything better. Spa is good and restaraunts at the lodge do the trick. The steak pit was really good. Actually, I love this place. My... More

Older and large hotel at base of snowbird. The rooms are showing their age. We had a three room suite consisting of a central living room and two adjoining flanking bedrooms. Pluses: Large rooms Full kitchen in the suites Washer dryer in room Humidifier in each room Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful Ski-in/out - I think this is... More

Everyone at this resort was very helpful and friendly. The service in each restaurant was really good and the food at all was top notch. We ate at EL Chanate Restaurant and Cantina and although I didn't care that much for the view or atmosphere, I thought the vegetable burrito with verde sauce was unexpectedly different and very good. The... More
