I am a local and was so disappointed in this hotel. The hotel itself is old, and worn. It needs a serious upgrade. The hotel shares a parking lot with a local night club and can be sketchy at times. The staff was less than friendly. There in NOT and elevator in this place. I have bad knees and asked... More

ALWAYS stay here when I'm in Utah. (Used to be Comfort Inn.) It's a great bargain, an easy on-off the freeway (no fwy noise), and a consistently good experience. Huge rooms & comfortable beds. Be aware there's NO elevator. This time it seemed they've removed the in-room controls for heat/air cond. HATE THAT. I don't want someone at the front... More

Started off checking in to the hotel, the staff at the front desk was nice, apologetic and accommodating do this review does not effect them at all. This is a review about overall cleanliness. Turned down the beds in the first room and one bed had black hairs all over the sheets and box lets. The white sheets had little... More

Not luxury but for the price, much above average......this hotel has recently changed from Comfort Inn ( I stayed last year, poor rating) to Econolodge. A relative of mine booked me a room ( I thought " uh, oh")........However, what a present surprise to find the room in much better condition than last year. Carpet seemed in good shape, cable... Great check in service. Rooms are a bit outdated but for the price...I didn't care a bit! Was in town on my way to Reno...met up with some friends at the bar just across the parking lot of the Econo Lodge. Very convenient! Misplaced my wallet...looked all over the room that morning and could not find it. Got a call... More

Arrived early evening and had an easy check-in. A previous reviewer mentioned the great cookies and we were looking forward to them. Alas, they said that they have discontinued them. Believe it or not, that can be a deciding factor for us to choose a motel. Best Westerns have spoiled us with expecting cookies. The place is nicely kept. Our... More

Called national Comfort Inn to reserve the room while on the way home and requested a ground level room. When we checked in the clerk stated that no ground level rooms were available. We related that we were told that the ground floor room were available. Sadly with this being an older motel, there is no ELEVATOR. My wife has... More

It is just east of interstate 15 and on 9000 South which, going east, leads directly into Little Cottonwood Canyon (Alta and Snowbird) about 1/2 hour away. Big Cottonwood (Solitude and Brighton) are also reached east on 9000 South but turn left on Wasatch Blvd. Breakfast, pool and hot tub are all included.

Thinking that the Salt Lake City area would have many hotels with available rooms, we did not book ahead. We were wrong but found a room at the Comfort Inn. They have great cookies there, along with a friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. It was a very busy weekend, and there was a line of people looking for a... More

I recently (February) traveled to Utah to visit family. I stayed the first 4 days at a Comfort Inn in Draper at a cost of $75 per night. After learning I would be staying quite a bit longer, I searched for better prices in various hotels. The Comfort Inn in Sandy offered me the best solution for $50 per night... More
