...beyond the room being cute but definitely showing its age, this themed hotel is in need of a serious overhaul (where's BBC's Hotel Inspector when you need her?). The amenities were almost laughable (ancient movie rentals, poor TV reception, lousy refreshments, horrible coffee) and the breakfast was just awful to say the least; nothing but fat and carbs from cheesy-type... more

I stayed at this hotel for my anniversery. I loved it. My parents have stayed here before and i thought i would try it out. I have been to the Inn several times but had stayed there. (They let me take pictures for my photo class) and they have a tour daily. Which is nice so you can see the... more

Me and my husband stayed in the palace Royle suite. We really like the room and enjoyed our stay very much. My favorite thing about the inn was the outside swing and waterfall. It was very relaxing to sit by the waterfall/pond and enjoy each others company. I also enjoyed the breakfast they served it was very good. The atmosphere... more

My wife and I went out to Salt Lake for a wedding, and the Castle Creek Inn certainly looked promising by the reviews, and the relatives we were visiting had stayed there before, so we were confident that the $200 a night would be well spent. The pros: the room was quiet, and the hotel was very close to our... more

We had driven past this unique castle in Sandy many times, but this was the first time we had been able to stay there. It was utterly charming. All the rooms are different and the woodsy setting is beautiful. The rooms are spread over three floors, and I didn't notice an elevator, so if you have trouble with stairs, be... more

The Castle Creek Inn was a truly lovely getaway. The room, ‘Camelot’, was attractive, warm, and very welcoming, as well as clean, quiet and spacious. The medieval theme was quite tastefully done so that it came off as charming, not campy. The bed was comfortable, replete with a plethora of plush pillows, and the tub was pleasantly roomy, though this... more

We stayed two nights at the Castle Creek Inn while skiing in Utah. Our room, "Romeo and Juliet", was wonderful. We found both our room and the entire hotel to be extremely clean and the personal touches (baked goods in the evening, free soda, water, and popcorn, dvd and videos you could borrow, etc.) made it very welcoming. Our room... more

For our 10 year anniversary we decided to try something new and made reservations at the Castle Creek Inn. Walking in the Inn was inviting. It was bright and cheery and clean but as we entered the room, we noticed that it wasn't clean. The rug had not been vacuumed, there was hair in the bathroom and a dirt on... more

Our Castle Creek Inn stay was the last three days of a wonderful Park City/Salt Lake City vacation. We stayed with friends in Park City, in the Mountains, and were afraid we would be let down by going into the city for the remainder of the trip..but we were wrong! The Castle Creek Inn is very charming, the rooms were... more
