This was my first time staying at a Hyatt Summerfield Suites and I was pleasantly surprised! The location was good - close to a mall and restaurants and not a long drive to Salt Lake (maybe 15-20 minutes). The hotel is very modern with great decor. I stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and felt right at home. Didn't get to... more

We booked a 2 bedroom suite, it had 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large kitchen and sitting area, very clean and very modern. Nice swimming pool area and not bad breakfast. You could buy a drink at reception so what more do you want? Make sure you sign up to the pay for 1 night get 2nd night 1/2... more

I stayed at this hotel for a week prior to moving out of the Salt Lake area. It was super convenient for me because my family lives in Sandy and I wanted to be near them my last week in town. I loved it! My room, the Studio/King non-smoking, was great. I loved the layout and I thought the kitchen... more

If you want have a relaxed vacation, this isn't the place for you! Having NO room service WHATSOEVER, I should have stayed at home! Vacation to me doesn't exactly mean doing your own dishes and changing your own sheets and cleaning the hotel room. We even ran out of toilet paper! The person that was supposed to clean our room... more

Good Afternoon, I am very sorry for the lack of housekeeping that you received. That is not our standard practice to provide you so little services. I would like to talk to you about this more so we can ensure that it is corrected. The only way to talk to you about it however is to have you contact the...

We stopped in Sandy/Salt Lake City on our way from Southern California to Spokane, Washington. It was a nice place to stop after a long drive. The Hyatt Summerfield is new and very nice. The full kitchen made it possible to cook our own dinner, which we found out was not really needed because of the lovely evening social time.... more

I live in Utah county but wanted to have a neat 16th birthday party adventure for my son. We have done similar outings at the Residence Inn just down the street. I did not check Trip Advisor before booking. But after I booked direct through Hyatt I checked and got concerned enough to visit the hotel before our scheduled stay.... more

Stayed four nights and really enjoyed this hotel. Clean, comfortable and very helpful and friendly staff. Highlights were: spacious rooms, heated pool, hot tub, Starbucks coffee free in the a.m. - I could go on...Would definitely stay here again. more

I travel to the salt lake city area about once per month on business and was excited when this new hotel opened. Unfortunately I was sorely disappointed. Though the rooms are nice, and well appointed with full kitchens, flat screen TV’s and DVD players I have found the rooms unacceptably dirty on both of my stays. Amazingly on both stays... more

Hard to access hotel. It was very dirty in the hallways and in our room. There was paper, and dirt in the corners in all rooms. The plastic "breakfast was really bad". more
