I picked up this hotel as it was in 89 and in the city. I should have looked around. I am not sure where other reviews came from but this hotel is old run down building with mediocare economy room. The service was substandard. I dont recommend this hotel as its dated old and outside appearance is not pleasant. Bathroom... More

I came to the ranch motel after my car started having issues. I really did not want to have to stay there or spend the money on a hotel. But the nearest town was quite a ways and there was no guarantee of services. Additionally, I am a young, lone, female traveler, so safety was a concern. When I checked... More

This motel offers nice rooms for a great price. The room we got was well cleaned and the beds were comfortable. Free Wifi and television available. The decoration is '50 style and the motel was charming. This mostly because of the owner. She made us feel very welcome and she was really funny. She even invited us to drink a... More

We were on the road and just needed a place to sleep for one night. This place served the purpose just fine. It is a little rundown but seemed clean. We were in the older (50's) portion and I don't know what the newer rooms look like. The room rate was very affordable. And the owner was one of the... More

We stayed at this nice little family run hotel for one night. It was clean and had air conditioning and tv in room. Very basic but very clean. Shower was great. Well worth the money and the owners were super nice and friendly. Supermarket was right across the street and a place to eat a block away. Had free wifi... More

We were excited to roll into Salina and check out this small town. We were purposely avoiding big chain hotels and support small businesses along our way from LA to Chicago. If you are looking for an affordable, clean and quaint lodgings for the night I recommend this family run establishment. We felt very comfortable in this vintage motel and... More

Owners were very friendly and gave us directions to a restaurant close by to go eat. Very concerned about our comfort and our stay. Family owned, price very reasonable, room very small but clean. Good WI-fi. Prefer helping a family owned business rather than a big company.

We stayed 1 night on our way to Oregon. We found it on our GPS and its a good thing because it would be a bit hard to find for an out of town traveler. Nice enough for a pit stop on a long trip. Very friendly people. NO complaints and price was right

Rolled into town. Needed a place. Didn't wan't to stay at a chain. Found this gem. It's perhaps not for everyone but it was our kind of place. Like staying at someone's house. Loved the chicken coops and the hostess told us where to grab beer before 7p (across the street and it was 6:50). Then she treated us to... More

I don't know where the other reviews came from, but I am not impressed. This place is not clean and the walls are all scuffed up. The room smells of cigarette even though we were told smoking in rooms is not allowed. It was only $60 but still I wouldn't have paid that much if I wasn't exhausted
