We booked our 4 night vacation because it was the least expensive for a room with 3 queen beds. The facilities need updating but for the price its okay, until considering cleanliness. The sheets appeared unwashed. All of them had black marks on them, and one even had hair in it. In the bathroom facilities, we found long strands of... more

We stayed here during a girls National Softball tournament in July. They gave us one rate, then when we got there they tried to raise the price. We stayed there one week and they cleaned our room only once. They would not give us clean towels and we had to keep asking for more. We had a total on nine... more

Stayed during Huntsman Senior World Games, October, 2005. Was quoted over phone rate of $59.95. Upon arriving, was told "It is $69.95". Not much you can do once there and no other vacancy in town! Unbelievable amount of dust in room! Had to dust myself using kleenex. Gross! Toilet broke first day, as did hairdryer. Never given enough towels/washcloths the... more
