I stayed 1 night between Christmas and New Year's at the 7 Wives based on the overwhelming positive reviews here on TA. I have to say that my experience was different. I've thought about this a lot before posting my review and decided that I can only honestly relate my own experience. I think the experience depends on the room.... More

Review sites only work if people tell the truth. There are no super glued fixtures, holes in toilets seats (expect the ones that are supposed to be there), old mattresses etc... Yes, our homes are large & over 150 years old however, we are always performing maintenance and upgrading our property year round. Also, in regards to internet discounts, we... More

We have been to the Seven Wives Inn two years in a row. I can't imagine staying at a different place in St. George. It is located in the best part of town, the rooms are cozy, the breakfast options are incredible, and the staff are warm and friendly. We love being able to walk to all of the nearby... More

Stayed a night at the Sarah suite and it was quite lovely. The bathtub was built inside of an old Ford Model T which was really cool. And the breakfast was quite good. The suite was a little pricey, but it was a good memorable moment.

We stayed in the Lucinda, which was a comfortable room. The heat was controlled from a central location and it got a little warm for us at night, but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The staff was friendly but we are used to Bed and Breakfast properties maintained and run by the owners and it was... More

Thank you for your review! My name is Vanessa, I am the owner of Seven Wives Inn. I am the one who checked you in, cooked you breakfast, made you the To-Go parfaits. If my husband & I are not here, our Bed & Breakfast is is usually closed, which is rare. Sometimes people assume that I am not the... More

Loved my short stay at 7 Wives. Would have liked to stay longer to nose around St. George. My room was at the house next door to the actual Inn, it was very fun with tall ceilings and tons of charm. The hostess was very accommodating to my early departure and left me a wonderful parfait to go since I... More

The room I stayed in, the Rachel, was lovely. Well decorated and comfortable, with a perfect mattress. Everything worked well. I especially loved opening the door onto the small balcony, enjoyed the fresh air and the sounds of nature. Though it is an old building, I didn't hear anything from the rooms under and around me at all. The bank... More

Thank you for your recent review. I am sorry to hear that your sleep quality was not comfortable. Our location is in a residential historic community. One of the quietest lodging locations in town. We have about 30 different breakfast items we make. Our menu has 3 selections to choose from, which change daily. Our Baked Oatmeal is a popular... More

Very comfortable, great breakfast, close to Pickelman's, Pizza Hut, and McDonald's. The room had a fridge and microwave and the fridge was cold. So many hotels with fridges leave them turned off until you arrive and turn them on and, of course, it takes time for them to cool down.

My inlaws had stayed here in 2001 and the place came highly regarded. It did not disapoint. Staff is very nice and our room was great. Nice old house. Outdoor pool was perfect after a day of hiking and before diner. In the historic district so walk to dinner and then take in the town square park. Very quiet and... More

While driving from North Idaho to So. California for business, I decided to skip the hotels and try Bed and Breakfasts instead. Since I was traveling without my husband, I wanted a safe location where I could walk and explore the area. When I arrived, I upgraded to a ground floor suite since I didn't want to carry my heavy... Vanessa and her husband were such excellent hosts, and this location is probably the best within all of St. George. Across the street from Brigham Young house and Ancestor Square. Lot's of history in the buildings too! The breakfast was fantastic and they were so helpful to us when we needed assistance on our departing day. If you are are... More
