An older RV park/campground with new owners. It was neat and clean, spaces were acceptably seperated, and the trees were mature and provided lots of much needed shade. The trees blocked satellite reception, but the cable provided had a good selection of channels. For ATV riders, the trails started right out the back gate.

Stayed one night at this KOA. The other reviews are true. This place is pristine. The bathrooms must contain little cleaning fairies as they are always spotless! The grassy areas are manicured. Best KOA I have ever been to!

Wonderful campgrounds with lots of shade, gravel sites, good cable. Grass all around the sites and very friendly staff. We stayed here over the Memorial Day weekend to visit Capital Reef and Bryce Canyon. The showers/bathroom is typical KOA.The campgrounds is away from interstate noise and the town is surround by mountains. Would stay here again. There are some long... More

Spent one night here in a RV. Good location with all the standard stuff that a KOA normally has. Easy check-in and friendly personnel. Located about one-half mile from a main street leading into the town which is probably another one-half mile away. Reasonably quiet and spacious sites with quite a bit of grass around. Probably a pleasant site to... More

We stopped for two days. Had not spent any time in the area before so thought we'd explore. The owners of the campground purchased it a year ago and are working hard to up date it and keep it ship shape. The sites are well spaced, and level. Lots of green grass and trees. We appreciated that they separated the... More

Was late in Oct and wanted a CG close to Capital Reef. When we tried to stay in Torrey ALL CG's were closed. Got out the good ole KOA Directory and found this one, about an hour west. When we arrived we told them of the horrible experience we just left in Moab stay at Canyonland's (see 1 star rating... More

We frequently avoid KOAs as being too expensive and overrated. This is the exception. A lovely tree shaded park with flowers and landscaping everywhere. The hosts were very accommodating and assisted with whatever we inquired about. A bonus were the availability of a 5 mile walking trail out the back and a wonderful paved bike trail close by. They will... More

This park is wonderful! It is situated in a residential area and easy to find, but once you're inside, you will really be surprised. It's green, green, green!!! There are lots of trees around the whole campground making it very cool. We stayed in a camping cabin which to my surprise had a flat screen TV in it. It also... More
