The only complaint I can give regarding this hotel is that there are no elevators to the 2nd floor rooms. Other than that, it was near perfect. :)
Usually we won't stay in motels that allow pets but everything else was full. This place was adequate--the halls windy & no elevator. Kinda clean. If you don't mind the neighbor's dog barking & very thin walls--you'll be happy here. Location was great--can walk to the mall & restaurants. Staff was friendly & the chocolate chip cookies on arrival delicious....

We stayed 3 nights at a very reasonable price. The hotel is far enough away from the freeway and major streets to provide a quiet night's rest. The room was spacious, and had a couch and coffee table in addition to the king bed. Everything was clean and in working order. The hot breakfast was very good. It's not a...

La Quinta Inn is a good 3 star hotel located by the Provo Mall. It's very close to the freeway and downtown Provo. It's better if you have a car. It has comfortable rooms, away from noise, but they need to do something about the smell in the hallway. It might be mold or stuff like that. However it is...

There was a hole under the sink that was filled some sort of paper product. There is not an elevator at this facility and only an outdoor pool which...

descent value , clean average room, , about what you would expect , staff could be trained to provide better friendlier service , in all areas, including the attached restaurant , and the breafast area
My SO and I stayed here one night and got a nice deal. The hotel is located on the main drag in provo surrounded by other budget hotels. It is clearly dated, with no elevators and a small staircase to get to the second floor (kind of has a "grandma's house" feel), but I thought they had clearly done a...

Awful hotel, not up to the La Quinta quality more like a motel 6. Manager was totally unwilling to even talk to us. Beds are old, linens were worn, ceilings had water damage. We ended up moving to the Orem La Quinta

We began using LaQuinta facilities 25-30 years ago because their handicap rooms offered so much more than just bars in the bathrooms - most especially bathroom doors big enough for a wheelchair. We travelled frequently with our son who was in a wheelchair. Now, we need the extra assurance of bars in the bathrooms and higher toilets for ourselves and...
