I stayed here on a business trip March 11th-15th. I chose it because it was close to the BYU Campus and affordably priced ($55/night). A ballroom dance competition was being held the week I was in town, and a sizeable youth group had booked quite a few rooms near mine. They were noisy the first few nights I was there,... more

This was a repeat stay at this hotel. Positives: Front desk service was friendly and helpful. Our flight got in early and they were able to accomodate us with early check-in. Complimentary breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, bagels, cereals, apples & bananas, apple & orange juice, coffee, and packets of instant oatmeal. An employee was constantly cleaning the tables and... more

We only had to stay in Provo one night. The Super8 was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub, both were very clean. Breakfast was good and well supplied with waffles, bagels, fresh fruit, cereal, etc. I will stay there again. more

We were traveling with 3 large dogs and this hotel was okay with that.....when we saw the room, we understood why. It was pretty clean, but shabby, especially the doors, walls and floors. Needs new bedspreads. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. Will keep looking for a bit better place for the future but with the dogs, we... more

Stayed here because everything else was full and was AAA approved (whatever that means). Lobby and breakfast area was clean. Breakfast was good. Room was disgusting. Stunk of industrial strength deodorant used to mask dead body odor. Bathroom was old and needed repair. Air conditioner smelled and was loud...like sleeping next to a truck. Pass on this one. more

What this hotel lacks it makes up for with service. We were even approached by the cleaning staff and asked if they could do anything to make our stay more comfortable. We asked for extra blankets and got them right away. The hotel is older and does show some signs of age but it was kept clean. Our room smelled... more

We stayed at the Super 8 with our two kids. We loved the pool, the breakfast, the friendly staff, and the convenience to the BYU campus. Although the property is showing some age and our television was subpar, we would recommend this for a lower priced alternative. more

Most importantly, the La Quinta was very affordable and clean. I went in August of 2003 and let me just say that Utah has some of the most extreme weather imaginable. Bitter, icy/snowy cold in the winter and dead, dry HOT HOT heat in summer. I was very thankful for the in-room air conditioner. The hotel is also a non-smoking... more
