$30 bucks to camp - and our life jackets that were strapped down to the top of our car were gone in the morning. Site was long, narrow, had mosquitos, and noisy. Generally - a bummer. more
My son loves KOAs, especially the Kamping Kabins. While still in Grant Teton National Park, we made a reservation for a Kamping Kabin at the Provo KOA.
Two major problems:
1. The location, although along a small creek, is not very scenic and is situated in town.
2. The Kabin was VERY HOT when we arrived. It would have taken all of 3 minutes for a staff person to turn on the fan and open the windows prior to our arrival at 8 PM (which we told them) so that the Kabin would cool down from the 95 degree heat of the day.
Give it a miss. There are other better options.
