Major renovations happening currently, but staff is quick to hustle and smile despite the dust and noise. Rooms were clean and nice. Easy walk to new convention center and some tasty restaurants. Really liked the Peruvian place, Se llama Peru! Great value and awesome food.

Provo Marriott is great!! First time staying there, and had a great experience the people their know there customer service and I am gladly/ happy to say that I definetly will stay at this location again!!

Thanks for the sleepless nights. Construction noise, Horrible insulation and poor guest service standards at this hotel. When issues arise from a bad dinner, the front desk blamed the kitchen. I have stayed in several Mariotts all over the world, this is worse than Motel 6. Wifi doesn't work anywhere, helpline didn't care. Rooms are tired, serious need of upgrade. Air conditioning doesn't work right, wall unit. Just a mess, very disappointed. Will never stay here again.
