Nice hotel, great location. Large room with sink outside of bathroom. Some construction in Jan '09 (on another Marriott hotel) across the parking lot; work began at 8am and ended at 5pm. Looks like they'll be done in a couple of months. A typical Courtyard; nothing special, nothing bad, predictable. more

Marriott Courtyard has very dedicated employees and prove themselves hourly as professionals. What great people to do business with. My experience with the employees is among the best I have ever experienced from any overnight stay in my professional flying career. The rooms are clean... housekeeping is first class... they do everything they need to do including changing all the... more

Hotel in middle of construction zone. Room dark, needed repairs, no sink space for even a toothbrush. Front desk had no maps of the area, nor could they seem to even locate one on the web. Did allow for a late checkout, which was nice. I wouldn't stay here again. more

Good value, clean rooms, fairly quiet location because it is not right on the interstate like most of the hotels in the area. Breakfast is served at the attached TGIFridays. Don't worry about late night noise, the TGIF closes at 11 PM. more

My group thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this Courtyard property. The front desk staff are excellent, fast check in, good customer service, good internet available, nice indoor pool, laundry facilities available for those on a road trip, like we were. Overall, comfortable size rooms, comfortable beds, pleasant lobby with places to relax. And the complimentary breakfast at the attached TGIFridays... more

This hotel has re-decorated since my last stay, and I must say I was impressed with how very pretty and comforable the furniture and decorations are in the new rooms. I was conducting a workshop in Provo for 3 days, and every day, when I returned to my hotel room, I felt refreshed and a little "pampered" the moment I... more

The moment I walked into the Lobby I was greeted with smiles from everyone, even tho they were very busy helping several other travellers. I really appreciated the immediate acknowledgement of my arrival and the prompt and personal attention I received thereafter. The Lobby is well appointed with tea and coffee and hot water and various snacks and supplies. (The... more

Pretty much a run-of-the-mill Courtyard property, which is good. Very helpful staff, excellent facilities, and decent location (near BYU). The very few issues we had, such as needing more towels, were addressed very promptly and cheerfully. The attached restaurant (a TGIFriday's) is nothing special, but our rate included a very good breakfast buffet. Other meals there were somewhat mediocre, though.... more
