Extended stays are made comfortable by the staff at this hotel. You will find friendly people who are willing to provide assist when needed. The only pitfall is the business center. On 2 separate occasions the printer was not working. Otherwise, this is a great place and I highly recommend it.

Kenzie at the front desk is awesome - cheerful, polite and so helpful! I called to inquire about a rate I had already booked on the website and she was able to adjust it down for me. She also had wonderful tips on hiking and transportation to BYU. What a treasure!

Stayed three nights. Convenient location, nice building outside and inside. Very friendly reception. Very good suite, however ours, 201, located at the second floor, just above the entrance of the Tamarack restaurant. In order to build the restaurant entrance, a smart architect or builder had found no other solution than to build a 5 ft. high concrete wall on the... More

We only stayed here one night. The room was fairly standard, nothing special. But it was clean! They have a funky business center on a balcony. There never seemed to be any staff in the dining area when we were there. The pool area was pretty well trashed and may have been for a while. Towels everywhere, junk dragged in... More

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights while attending BYU Education Week. We had very comfortable rooms. We booked two rooms 1 with a king bed and 1 with 2 queens. When we arrived thay had already assigned us adjoining rooms. That was something that I had intended to call and request, but got too busy. The hotel... More

We stayed at the Marriott Courtyard in Provo for BYU Education Week this year. The hotel is very convenient to the campus and is within walking distance of the West Stadium Lot. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. We enjoyed eating at the Bistro which includes a couple of small booths with a TV. We... More

This was my last picked for a hotel since everything seem to be booked at 2 in the morning. I was actually jumping for joy when the front desk guy said they vacant rooms. Everything was great staff were friendly helpful, the room was clean and stocked. I had a great night sleep thanks for the stay :)

I have stayed ins some hotels in Provo while visiting BYU and this one is the nicest. It was a bit more expensive than others - $149/nt. I arrived around 10:30 and since they had rooms they let me have a room for $119.

This hotel in Provo was very clean and the young man at the check in desk was a pleasure to deal with. The only negative if you want to call it that is the breakfast is not included in the price of the room. I just assumed since the Springfield Marriott Inn and Suites in Cedar City had the complimentary... More

I normally stay at the Springhill suites next door to this Courtyard, but it was full this time. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly. The only reason I would not choose this hotel again is because it doesn't include breakfast and there is no refrigerator in the room.
